I'm the director of a modular building company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Just Internet Solutions?
We were looking for help with our website and SEO.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They did the full design and implementation of our website. They continue to manage and run the site on a daily basis. We provide input and they regularly add content and new photographs. In addition, they do all the SEO work within the UK.
What is the team composition?
I work with Spencer (director, Just Internet Solutions).
How did you come to work with Just Internet Solutions?
We found them through a Google search. We wanted to find a company within a five-mile radius from our office in the northwest of England.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve probably spent £150,000 ($212,796 USD) to date.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around six years ago. We just signed with them for another 12 months. They’re going to revamp our websites to make them more mobile and tablet friendly and continue with the SEO work.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We've seen a significant increase in inquiries that have been converted into orders. It’s our policy to log where the original inquiry come from. So when a telephone call comes in, we ask them where they found our information (e.g., the website, other marketing tools). We’re also getting a lot of contact submission forms from the website. There’s been a meaningful increase in turnover from website-generated inquiries.
How did Just Internet Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They're very good about regular communication. I speak to Spencer probably twice a month, depending on the time of the year and various things we've got going on. He keeps me informed about how the inquiries are going and our Google performance. He also provides me a monthly report of statistics and locations of various searches.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They do exactly what they promise to do. They’re very user-friendly and approachable. I wouldn't continue to work with them if I didn't value their work and get along with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No areas of improvement discovered to date.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don't be afraid to tell them exactly what you're looking for. My knowledge of I.T. systems and websites is zero but I do know what message I want to get across. Tell them exactly what you want and they will make sure to back it up from a technical standpoint. They will deliver exactly what you want.
