I’m the COO of Homewatch, a consumer products and services company. We’re relaunching a domestic intruder alarm company.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Phunk Creative LTD to accomplish for your domestic intruder alarm company relaunch?

We hired Phunk Creative LTD for a full rebrand, including a new logo and new colors.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a briefing meeting to discuss the brand, what it stood for, who our target customers were, and what we’d be providing. Phunk Creative LTD took that information and created mock-ups. We met to discuss what we liked and then worked with them to refine the designs until we decided on the final version. The deliverables were a new logo, associated files, brand guidelines, and a color palette.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t launched the rebrand yet, but we engaged all of our employees, and they voted for their favorite logo. We’re still working on the project, but we’ve teased a few LinkedIn posts and received very positive feedback about the logo and color choices, as they feel like modern-day policing.

How did Phunk Creative LTD perform from a project management standpoint?

Phunk Creative LTD delivered on time. We caused the delays, so there were no issues with their project management. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Phunk Creative LTD worked in an amazing building in Saltaire and offered great hospitality when we visited. They even offered us the use of their offices when we’re in the area again, which we greatly appreciated. Although they didn’t win the website work because we already had a supplier, they’re keen to keep in touch and see how the rebrand is progressing. They’ve also offered to help, which we also appreciate.

We worked with Phunk on the complete design and build of our website, from initial planning right through to launch. From the very first stages, their team took the time to understand our brand, our values and the creative direction behind Exiled – translating that into a digital experience that feels both distinctive and true to who we are.

The project covered every aspect of the website process, including:

• Bespoke web design reflecting Exiled’s sustainable, design-led identity
• Full e-commerce setup with product catalogue, payment and shipping integration
• Mobile-first responsive development to ensure seamless performance on all devices

Their project management was excellent – clear, organised and proactive throughout. They delivered every stage on time, kept communication consistent and were quick to respond to feedback or changes, always finding solutions that suited our needs.

What stood out most was their ability to combine creative vision with technical precision – they didn’t just build a website; they built an experience that truly captures our brand. Their attention to detail, design sensibility and commitment to getting every element right made the whole process feel collaborative and genuinely exciting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Phunk Creative LTD could have done differently?

Honestly, very little. The process was smooth and well-managed from start to finish. If anything, a slightly earlier discussion around post-launch updates and long-term content management could have helped us plan ahead even more efficiently. But overall, their delivery and support were excellent.
