I needed my website to be more visible, ideally to the specific clients I want to be able to find and see me, I wanted the website to be more succinct and professional, the wording to be more appropriate, and I wanted my emails to stop going to spam when I sent them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased website views and engagement from the type of client looking for long-term psychotherapy, a smarter and cleaner website, and emails not being lost to spam.

John was beyond efficient. He showed remarkable patience as I was rather difficult to get hold of or tie down at times; by contrast his response times were incredibly quick, and he got the job done in almost no time. Any issues were dealt with over the phone, which was my preference, and his calm ability to translate everything into lay terms and remove all the stress from the process was a gift I will always be grateful for. He was always on or ahead of time and I felt he put my needs first every time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

John's ability to make a complex and often overwhelming process feel straightforward has been the most impressive part of working with him. He combined technical expertise with patience, reliability and clear communication, translating everything into plain English without ever making me feel out of my depth. Throughout the project I felt he genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for me, rather than just delivering a service.
