Introduce your business and what you do there.
I founded Higher Insight and what we do is help equipment rental businesses, with their asset management and data analysis, so they can become more efficient and improve their ROI.
What challenge were you trying to address with Next Level Marketing Agency?
I was looking for a better message to my target audience, so I needed more relevant content to improve engagement, because my industry is quite a niche industry.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Next Level Marketing Agency creates tailored digital marketing posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. They offered to market on Facebook, but I don’t think any of my target audience is on Facebook for professional reasons. Moreover, they designed a hire handbook, which gives people hints and tips about the industry, and it establishes that I know what I’m talking about.

My main point of contact is Rob (Marketing Specialist).
How did you come to work with Next Level Marketing Agency?
I met Danny (Managing Director) through a Next Level networking meeting. Danny just got what I was trying to do, so I moved away from the previous digital marketing company I worked with, and went with Next Level.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around £1,500 (Approximately $2,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The ongoing partnership started in November 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The level of engagement that I’m getting is so much better now, and I can connect with people with whom I couldn’t engage before. When I do my sales calls, people recognize me much better, so I’m able to discuss who I am, and what I do even more. Next Level provides me with better content so I’m able to engage more people in the industry. Additionally, I’ve gotten very good feedback on both the content and the design for the hire handbook.
How did Next Level Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They use HootSuite to manage the project, and they always meet the deadlines — They’re absolutely on point all the time. I’m not that organized so it’s good that they are able to do that for me.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m impressed with how they understand the market that I’m trying to hit, and their ability to listen. They took small snippets of what I said, asked me for more details, and then expanded on it. The people that I worked with previously didn’t really move anything forward. They just put bland content out there.
Next Level’s content tries to educate, and they get pretty good engagement. Just creating a simple hashtag for Higher Insight already makes a big difference. They don’t just take anything out of the book, I’ve seen real improvements based on their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’s hard to say because I’ve been very impressed with their work all the way through. It’s hard to criticize them in any way.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice would be to make sure that you get your message across about who your target market is, and make sure that you’re engaged.
