A full log of all the details of the project was made, with deadlines given along the way to hit each target.

The inital project went well over the estimated timeframe. I think the build was far more complicated than initially thought. However, when we had to put he website live (because the other we had at the time was hacked), Soap Media were able to get the site live and to a level where orders can be placed/it could be used by customers, within a few weeks. Each mini-project with them since (smaller add-ons, new features to the same website) have been delivered on time.

I really appreciated that all key milestones were planned in advance, with clear deadlines and responsibilities, which made the whole process feel well-organised and manageable.

Even when we were running behind on our side, they proactively checked in and offered support to help us catch up, without ever making us feel pressured. Their communication has been spot on, and I couldn’t fault their proactiveness.

Morgan Cyber had a functioning but dated website that required improving across the board. The site was locked down by a previous developer which needed resolving so the in house expertise could pick up the day-to-day management of the site. The brief also included improvements to the UX and SEO.

Nothing has ever been too much to ask, and she’s created a really open and supportive environment where no question feels like a silly one. As the project evolved, Paige also brought in subject-matter experts from across the agency to support with specific areas, ensuring we always had the right people involved at the right time.

Timelines have been well managed, and we’ve always had clear visibility on progress and priorities. Overall, it’s been a very collaborative and hands-on experience—one that’s helped us feel confident and well-supported throughout.
