We needed to improve our old website both visually and technically.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Action Wolf Media revamped and redesigned our old website. They also provided ideas for the UI to encourage visitors to stay and find our services. Chris (Founder) redesigned the fonts, logo, color scheme, and general user journey.

They cold-called us. Chris gave a great pitch and offered genuine, thoughtful ideas to improve my website. I also liked his approach and manner; he came across as very personable.

We worked together from April–June 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We love the site; it looks great and works really well. We get many compliments from clients and prospective clients about how awesome the website is. We’ve also seen more traffic, longer visits, and more inquiries. We went from a few inquiries per month to a dozen, give or take.

How did Action Wolf Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and were always helpful. We communicated through virtual meetings.

Their personal approach to their work was impressive. The work was bespoke, not a random template.
