My company is bodyhealththerapies a massage and soft tissue therapy business. Provide massage treatments and event Massage services in London and the UK. Work at sports and endurance running events and charity events supplying therapists I am the owner/ director of the company

For what projects/services did your company hire KJK Designs, and what were your goals?

Our website needed updating and needed a much needed modern design that would be engaging and attract customers and new organisations that would hire our services for events. My goal was a new website with call to action across the site. clear and concise booking system. Online payment and shop abillity to develop courses on the site. Which KJK Designs delivered

How did you select KJK Designs and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online and saw the work the company did and reviewed his work and asked other companies that used him for their feedback. I got great reviews from companies that used him. I found he was very professional and accommodating and always found ways to ensure he delivered on what I wanted

The work was to create a new updated website with call to action visible. Clear and flowed. With clear information. I had ideas that he followed and came up with a great design. I've had great feedback on the website and the mobile style and feature. He delivered on the style, colours, and made it simple to follow the website

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with one person the owner who was available all the time responded to my emails same or next day. I would email late in the evening and at any time he would respond. He made himself available

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

He delivered an excellent job and provided an great service. All that I asked for the site was answered. Design colour, and overall style and look was what I wanted

Communication was good had meetings on the phone and online meetings .shared computer meetings and communcation was excellent. Was always able to get hold of him. Answered queries and questions quickly. Work was carried out quickly. Brilliant professional service. The agreement and contract was clear and concise

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Professional easy going, friendly manner. Very good communication understanding and happy to help and went and suggested things i didn't know Very helpful and patient with a person that did not have great tech knowledge. Took my ideas and didn't try to dominate and do what he wanted to do. Very good to use my idea and make a great design that works and is what I wanted. They will work with you until you are happy with the product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No not at all

I’m the managing director of LYF Cosmetics, a fairly new skincare brand.

What challenge were you trying to address with KJK Designs?

We needed marketing and development services in regard to our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I presented my vision as it related to messaging, colors, pictures, and branding to the team, and they created the website completely. KJK Designs built it on WordPress and continues to adapt it with trends, updated content, and more.

They’ve also provided promotional materials for events, such as through stories and posts on Instagram. KJK Designs provided PhotoShop tools as well. 

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Kennedy (Web Designer).

How did you come to work with KJK Designs?

I contacted several companies during my search. I chose KJK Designs because our communication was good, and Kennedy understood my vision, message, and brand. We were both startups, as well, so we were on the same page in that respect.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about £1,500 (approximately $2000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in March 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve received amazing feedback. Customers at trade events love the promotional materials, like flyers, as well as the website. I’ve had other companies approach me to ask who did my website, as well.

How did KJK Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

Kennedy performs very well. He sends consistent updates, shows progress, and asks for approval, remaining willing to make any changes I ask for. We communicate via email and phone. We haven’t needed to use any project management tools.

What did you find most impressive about them?

He always looks out for his client; he’s not just trying to get paid. KJK Designs listens to and understands exactly what I want, and does their best to deliver it. It’s the personalized service for their clients that really stands out to me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

He could benefit from making himself more visible on social media and other avenues to help promote his business visibility and increase his clientele.

Communication is key; there is a lot of communication when working with KJK Designs.
