Access to their Jira account made it easy to spot and discuss any issues I found. Their Teamwork.com software showed the status of tasks our account manager assigned to the rest of the team. This tool allowed me to raise any inquiries and add relevant people to the conversation.

The site wasn't live at this point, though; we were just putting in content.
