We hired Arken digital to redesign our website so that we could better grab the attention of potential customers/clients. We also asked that Arken digital carry out SEO works to help us rank highly when searching for local Architects and similar professionals.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We first found Arken through a simple google search, the pricing was fair and competitive, we looked at other websites also designed by Richard and his team which we really liked. We have used Arken for SEO works previously and we now rank very highly on googles searches.

We discussed the requirements and brief, we we’re provided with a quotation which we accepted. We were then provided with a number of draft ideas, we selected our preferred option and Arken began building the website.

We then discussed amendments and the website was updated based on these discussions. We previously used Arken for SEO works on an old website designed by others, this new website was created and optimised with our google ranking in mind.

We are incredibly happy with the service received and we have many new customers from the SEO works provided by Arken over the last 18months

As a new business the most important thing was to reach out to customers, Richard helped us to do this and now the new website looks great.

We hired Arken to help increase our web presence and ultimately increase incoming quality web enquiries. For us, the aim was quality of enquires over quantity.

Arken contacted us, having taken the time to look at our website and put together a short video explaining the good and bad they could see. We spoke with Arken and were impressed with how well they listened rather than talk at us. We quickly felt they truly understood our objectives and they laid out the roadmap as to how this may be achieved. They were honest with timescales and didn't promise 'overnight success' like so many SEO firms claim.

We agree on a trial period to see how we all worked together and how realistic the objectives and actions were. Happy with these, we then progressed to a rolling monthly agreement with monthly catch-ups.

Different members of the team - from SEO specialists to content writers. However, throughout our account has been managed closely by one main point of contact.

Since working with Arken, we have achieved page 1 (and top ranking within those) for the majority of our keywords, these are stable in place and generating quality leads (rather than huge numbers, it is quality leads coming in).

They have been great at communication throughout working together - with monthly video calls and regular update emails. I know that the Arken team are always a call or email away and always quick to respond. They take the time to speak in layman terms rather than SEO speak which is refreshing!
