For what projects/services did your company hire Cosmik Carrot, and what were your goals?

I originally hired Cosmik Carrot to help with setting up an event booking system and overhaul my site design for my cooking/wellbeing events and content. I then moved to ongoing web support and hosting. My goal was to build and grow my business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Expertise in Wordpress and Event Espresso, and I found Cosmik Carrot responded very quickly to support needs (and explained things really clearly).

As this has been ongoing work over the course of a number of years it developed from original site design to regular technical support, and then website hosting.

One (founder)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

My site traffic grew consistently over the first year and I was able to deliver a clean/easy booking system for my customers.

Initially we had regular emails and catch ups for the first part of the project, but now really the communication is more ad hoc for when specific issues come up.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed of response and clarity of communication is impressive. I don't have to worry about my website maintenance on top of all the other things I do as a small business owner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really as I've had consistently helpful support and always had any issues flagged up to me quickly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been working with Ben at Cosmik Carrot for many many years. This is the 2nd website we have created together. Ben is incredibly committed to bringing the newest and most robust features to enhance our website.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We were in need of a major facelift to the website both in design and in function. As a designer, I was very picky about the overall design of the website, and Ben listened and worked with me tirelessly until we felt we achieved a beautiful design, easy client experience, and a highly functioning website.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I only worked directly with Ben, but I'm sure there were several team members lending their incredible expertise to this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website looks and functions beautifully. My clients are raving!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Cosmik Carrot was very organized and communicative with the project, keeping us on track throughout.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ben is a very patient person. He was able to anticipate our "busy times" and work around our availability. He was great at explaining each step and process as we went along. I am very picky and Ben was fully committed to getting us to the finish line :-)

I'm the owner of a mobility and wellness coaching company that helps active people move smarter, maintain their bodies, and maximize strength with customized wellness plans so they can enjoy life without pain.

I needed help managing my WordPress site, including updates, security, and maintenance.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online and interviewed a number of people, but Ben (Director & Web Developer) and Cosmik Carrot were immediately the best fit. He is super responsive and helpful and always clearly communicates what he needs to move each and every project forward.

He helped update an issue I was having with the membership site of my website and migrated us to an improved platform with greater stability. He updated all the plugins and tested them to make sure everything was running smoothly. He helped move our DNS to Cloudflare and has continued to troubleshoot if any issues come up with other connections. Each month, he provides a report on what was done over the last month and makes sure that all plugins and elements of the site are working as intended. He now also migrated my site and data to his host servers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ben is always the first to communicate what he needs and delivers above and beyond my expectations. He is very honest about how long a project will take and what he recommends as the best options to move forward. I trust him fully with my site and he is an integral part of my tech team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate over email and he is incredibly responsive to any and all requests. We had a few zoom meetings at the beginning to make sure we were on the same page and now are able to rely on email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having someone to manage my entire WordPress site took a lot off my plate. I save so much time each month not having to worry about updates or fix problems when they come up. I literally could not do what I do without Ben and Cosmik Carrot!

nope - everything is exactly what I need.

Director of Adio an online health & wellness website

For what projects/services did your company hire Cosmik Carrot, and what were your goals?

Our website was created on a customised buddyboss platform by our original web developers but had developed multiple issues that other developers couldn't fix. We needed someone to fix our site, update and improve our subscription and security issues, build new custom functionality and a searchable customised library page for the site and work long term with us as the site grew.

Later we needed help with integration with another company so Cosmik Carrot sorted our Single user sign-on functionality. He has also provided continuous tech support for our community for any ongoing issues and helped us with hosting.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched for him and we interviewed several developers. Ben was professional and seemed competent. His previous positive reviews were a deciding factor as well as the fact he was in the UK (we had some previous issues with several developers in other countries and reliability and time differences).

We had an initial meeting and then careful documented all of the jobs we required. Ben careful defines the scope of each job and then we agreed it with accurate timeframes. His work and communication has been impeccable at every stage. He uses teamwork to define the project and updates us regularly each week on ongoing projects so we always know what is going on.

At the end we check what he has done and sign it off before moving to the next task. Initially we required help with our membership (memberpress) subscription and issues with sign in which he resolved We required updated cyber security which he fully resolved Some of our pages weren't displaying or working properly which he resolved We needed a custom library with filter buttons and the ability for non-subscribers to see snippets of text which he built for us.

He helped us move our hosting providing more reliable sustainable cloud hosting which has been excellent We have recently set up an integration with another company so they can do single user sign on which Ben has sorted out quickly and effectively. He helped us provide an improved user experience with an updated welcome page and video and easier sign up form. He provides ongoing support for any issues we have had on the site which has been invaluable

Ben the Director was our main contact at all times and was quick to respond and sorted out everything with excellent communication and ease. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Our members find the site easy to use and any issues logging in have been quickly resolved with Bens help We are a new startup so should hopefully see the returns from our recent corporate partnership and are confident Cosmik Carrot will support us for everything we need as it grows
