What challenge were you trying to address with Fluro?

We had challenges with our brand awareness, so we needed someone to look at how we were running campaigns and the creative assets behind those. Thus, I reached out to Fluro.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I've worked with Fluro to refresh our branding assets and the look and feel of our website. Initially, I had an introductory call with them and told them that I needed them to do some work around our creatives. I also provided them with an outline of what we were trying to achieve, as well as an overview of our brand.

What is the team composition?

I've worked with two teammates from Fluro: Jen (Account Director) and Cameron (Junior Account Manager).

How did you come to work with Fluro?

I actually started working with them when I joined my company, but I think that my predecessor originally reached out to them to do some video-on-demand work. I saw that Fluro did a lot more work than that, so I reached out to them again.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $180,000, including both the agency fees and the marketing spend.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since Fluro refreshed our website and all of our creative assets and started managing all of our campaigns, we've over-achieved on all the KPIs we've set. The main KPIs are impressions and CTRs. Overall, they've exceeded my expectations.

How did Fluro perform from a project management standpoint?

Fluro has delivered on time and on budget. The team has been very nimble, accommodating, and flexible, and they've done everything I was hoping to achieve.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I would like to give a shout-out to both Jen and Cameron. They've been absolutely remarkable in understanding our brand goals and consumer needs and translating that into a marketing campaign.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fluro has different capabilities in-house, such as a creative team, a digital team, and a strategic team, and they've all come together and created a joint strategy, which is why they've performed so well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Initially, I started working with Fluro on my brand, getting support from Jen and Cameron. Due to the results we've been able to achieve, four other brand managers from my company started working with Fluro on their brands as well. However, they're still working with the same two members. My only concern is whether they will continue to offer the level of commitment and high-quality work moving forward. I truly believe that they need more resources on their team.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Trust the process, be as open about your position as possible, and allow them to use their expertise to deliver the campaigns. When you're given a strict brief, it's very hard to have some room to be creatively free. Fluro is great at scratching the surface and pulling out a key message. Thus, tell them what you need to achieve, provide them with the information you have, and let them do their job.

As a company deeply committed to sharing our products, brand, and enthusiasm with the global market, we embarked on a strategic company rebranding initiative. Formerly known as Honeycomb Project Management Ltd. In 2023, we proudly received the prestigious King's Award for Enterprise: International Trade, recognising our exceptional short-term growth, with Monty Bojangles' overseas sales achieving an impressive 190% growth over the past three years. Motivated by this achievement, we aimed to align our company name with our number one brand. 
Consequently, we decided to rename our company to 'The Monty Bojangles Co.' The rebrand not only introduces a refreshed look and feel but also a new name and logo, leveraging the fame and reputation cultivated by the Monty Bojangles brand.

The new corporate identity they crafted for us is not just a visual upgrade but a powerful representation of our company's values and essence. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Feedback from customers, internal staff and partners has all been overwhelmingly positive. Lead flow coming into the business has significantly improved, this can be directly attributed to the rebrand work undertaken by Fluro. With Fluro supporting the rebrand and the overall repositioning of the business, we have seen 40% growth as a result. Conversion rates through digital channels have also improved significantly, increasing from 27% to 45%

Project management has never been an issue across the last 8 or so years I have worked with Fluro. If anything it has significantly improved. They were very responsive to all our requests, and where very responsive throughout our rebrand project which had a tight deadline. Any issues were resolved quickly and effectively throughout the project. Both Steve and Hannah were superb.

Fluro's approach to everything they did was well structured, and they brought their own unique creativity to the process. Each member of the team are incredibly attentive and they understand how to take an initial brief and deliver something truly exceptional. Their approach is one of the many reasons that I have been fortunate enough to work with them over the course of the last 8 years, across three different companies.

Nothing significant to improve. Pushing back on tight deadlines would be a minor suggestion.

We engaged Fluro's services for a full rebrand. Our brand was old and stifled and didn't showcase our full capabilities. We needed to stand out from the crowd with a new name and eye-catching graphics. Key deliverable's: Refresh name, logo, slogan and website.

Our new brand really lifted the companies exposure to the market. With a new modern look and investment in new tech we could go after new clients with confidence.

We set out a schedule for which both parties agreed. The account manager assigned to us effectively dealt with all of our queries on time. These were dealt with personal meetings when required but also via online meetings and emails. They were very professional and got under our skin to understand what we needed to achieve.

Matt the MD who pitched to us was enthusiastic and engaging. I like to work with people that you know you can trust. It was so important for us to get on. The team at Fluro are fun, skilful and most importantly LISTEN. There were in-depth conversations on how they would work with us. Parameters were discussed and met. We were introduced to the account manger who would be our daily contact on the project - very knowledgeable and extremely responsive.
