The scope of work in this project included branding, web design and web development. At the beginning of the project, we had a discussion of ideas regarding the website and branding. From different options of technologies for web development, we decided to proceed with the website to be designed in Figma and developed in Webflow.

For the branding, we also discussed our ideas and had a few shortlisted options and proceeded with one of them, which we integrated into the website design. Overall, the deliverables for this project included branding (i.e. brand strategy and corporate identity), web design and web development.

We submitted our brand book and after a couple of calls, we shortlisted two options for the web design. After thorough negotiations with Rattlesnake who showed us mock-ups in action, we decided to go ahead with one of them and received the working website. We then had a chance to tweak the copy and the look of it twice and it was more than enough to get the result we are proud of.

At some point, we've realised that we'll need to build a website that will be outline all information at one source. It's a challenge to find user friendly legal/relocation website due to the conservative industry.

We had initial call to discuss our ideas and complexity of the website. Following this call, team has offered few options of technology; we have chosen Wordpress as technology to build our website. During the process, we had bi-weekly calls to track the progress and include some iterations to the website. After 4-5 weeks the website has been ready.

A project manager and designer was our main point of contact. I also know that there were full stack developer, ux/ui and designer working behind the scenes..

After launching the website, we've received positive feedback that the visual part of the website improved very quickly: very clear and cohesive structure helped perspective clients to understand more about the services they want to choose - which improved the work of our customer relations team. Also, the conversion rate to consultations has improved - we now have more calls with qualified clients!

Very easy. Always on time and prepared for every call in our schedule. If they're delays we were notified in advance. As per communication channels we've used Telegram and WA mainly. Also, Jira, Miro and of course emails!

Our website is the main channel where we must clearly articulate our mission and USP, and also be able to convert all interested parties to the right streams in our funnel. The key challenge is that we have multiple stakeholder profiles and multiple user journeys. And the website must be clear and effective for each user.

We met Mikael and the team through a referral. We wanted to work with a team that not only developed the website, but also contributed to the ideation process and helped us to develop a marketing funnel.

We are very happy with the outcomes. We now receive daily inbound from potential customers and partners through the website. It's very easy for us to make updates to the website as well, because the RS team set everything up very intuitively and provided clear user guides for our marketing team.

RS is very easy to communicate with. They are transparent about timelines and respond quickly to requests. We used Notion (our own internal tool) to track all tasks - thanks to RS flexibility and adapting to our project management software.
