The scope of work in this project included branding, web design and web development. At the beginning of the project, we had a discussion of ideas regarding the website and branding. From different options of technologies for web development, we decided to proceed with the website to be designed in Figma and developed in Webflow.

For the branding, we also discussed our ideas and had a few shortlisted options and proceeded with one of them, which we integrated into the website design. Overall, the deliverables for this project included branding (i.e. brand strategy and corporate identity), web design and web development.

After launching the website, we've received positive feedback that the visual part of the website improved very quickly: very clear and cohesive structure helped perspective clients to understand more about the services they want to choose - which improved the work of our customer relations team. Also, the conversion rate to consultations has improved - we now have more calls with qualified clients!

Our website is the main channel where we must clearly articulate our mission and USP, and also be able to convert all interested parties to the right streams in our funnel. The key challenge is that we have multiple stakeholder profiles and multiple user journeys. And the website must be clear and effective for each user.

We met Mikael and the team through a referral. We wanted to work with a team that not only developed the website, but also contributed to the ideation process and helped us to develop a marketing funnel.

We used WordPress for the website. The scope of the project was to develop the new version of the FemTech Lab website, implement various sign-up buttons throughout and to integrate Google Analytics. The website also integrates with our Eventbrite and Airtable.

We worked closely with Mikael, the founder. He made the project seamless and communicated well between the FemTech Lab team and the Rattlesnake team.

We are very happy with the outcomes. We now receive daily inbound from potential customers and partners through the website. It's very easy for us to make updates to the website as well, because the RS team set everything up very intuitively and provided clear user guides for our marketing team.

RS is very easy to communicate with. They are transparent about timelines and respond quickly to requests. We used Notion (our own internal tool) to track all tasks - thanks to RS flexibility and adapting to our project management software.
