Understand and develop the vision I had for my company The Athletes House, bring this to life by enhancing the logo, creating the website with multiple pages and services and finally help kickstart my marketing efforts on social media within quite a short time frame.

The work they delivered was exceptional, really forward thinking & developed my company more than I could've hoped for. Bringing important design features, such as including colour and movement, to my attention to make my company as attractive and modern as possible. I am getting fantastic feedback about the site now it has launched.

The project management was really professional, I felt understood and listened to which I really appreciate with this being my first company that has been in my head for a long time! Renata was great at staying in communication with me, working whilst on holiday, after hours and at weekends to deliver this for me.

Im the owner of a Cleaning business based in Poole. Mainly we do Deep cleans, Home clearances with Deep clean and After build cleans.

Our website needed to have a full update as it was outdated from some aspects. Ive hired Quarter Digital to do a full inspection and do what is necessary to have a fully functional presentable website.

ive known them quite a while, they manage the old website more than a year, im really happy with them, so ive decided to ask them to do a full upgrade on it

The existing website needed a full upgrade, they've told me it takes several months, also they've done the SEO as well. They have been in contact with me regarding photos, content and functional details, which was very pleasant to know how we are getting to the end.

Both of them were supporting me on a professional level with knowledge.

The outcome is a fully upgraded website. Im very glad with it. i continue to do business with them :-)

With personal training being such a competitive marketplace, I felt that a smart and vibrant website was essential in order to compete. Having little knowledge of website design and online marketing in general, I turned to Quarter Digital to update my simple outdated site

When I received a marketing email from Renata, the timing was perfect and after a couple of emails felt that Quarter Digital understood my requirements and were able to get my online presence back on track.

Having little knowledge of the process, Renata guided me through the design process ensuring that content specific to my needs was included and liaised constantly throughout the design process with regards to look, colour scheme etc

The website design more than met my requirements and has been commented upon favourably by both colleagues and clients since it’s launch.

Renata was, and still is, available to answer any queries or make changes and nothing seemed too much trouble. I had minimal knowledge of the digital world but was always treated with patience and kindness with every contact.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Other than the actual work done which was superb, I was most impressed with the personal service and willingness to help regardless of my issue.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can honesty say that I would not change my experiential Quarter Digital at all.

I am the founder of a new startup in the HVAC controls and building automation space.

For what projects/services did your company hire Quarter Digital, and what were your goals?

We hired Quarter Digital to design a logo for our new startup. Once the logo was designed, Quarter Digital designed and developed our website and other materials including business cards.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We first searched online and had corresponded with several web developers. We ultimately chose Quarter Digital due to their experience working with startup, their reasonable cost structure and because we liked their previous work.

We first had a kickoff meeting to discuss our requirements and the cost structure. Next, we filled out some online forms on the requirements of our logo and website. Quarter Digital started working on the logo and sent over some candidates. After finalizing a logo, web development was started. First, a wireframe version was revised and approved before actual development occurred. When development was complete, the site was published.

We work with two people at Quarter Digital: Attilia worked on the logo design and web development, while Renata developed our business cards and letterheads.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As this is a new startup, this was a new site. We now have an online presence, and the site definitely met our expectations.

We communicated through email and Slack. Although there were sometimes minor delays due to the large difference in time zones, Quarter Digital completed all milestones by the timeframes we discussed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As a smaller company, they were able to give us a modern logo and professional site at a very reasonable cost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only minor area that could use improvement is communication. There was one time when development was delayed for a short time only because they were waiting for our approval, but we were unaware. Once we started communicating on Slack rather than email, communication improved, and this issue didn't happen again.

Co-Founder of Just Bottle Ltd. Just Bottle is a new brand in the UK whose products are premium sustainable drink-ware.

We launched a Co-Branding service where business customers can print their logo on our products. We hired Quarter Digital for SEO related to Co-Branding and in general to boost our domain authority on Google as we had not done any SEO in the past.

We had worked with one of the founders from Quarter Digital in the past on some design work, we were impressed with their work then and most importantly trusted them with our brand. It made sense to then use Quarter Digital for our SEO as we had built a positive relationship with them in the past.

We had not done any SEO in the past so we were starting from scratch. We laid out the goal of increasing our Co-Branding orders and building our brand awareness. Quarter Digital laid out a plan to increase our domain authority over the coming months with specific focus on Co-Branding.

2 people, the Co-Founders of Quarter Digital.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As we were starting from scratch we did not expect immediate results, Quarter Digital was very honest in saying that SEO takes time to build which was great to know, we trusted their work and the process. They optimised our Co-Branding page taking it from an estimated SEO score of around 30 to 80.

Within the last 2-3 months we have had enquiries and orders about our Co-Branding which we can only put down to the SEO efforts as we have not run any paid ads in regards to SEO. We are ranked on page 1 of Google for a few key phrases in relation to Co-branding, even outranking Chilly's on some keywords- this is a great considering the budget/company size difference between us.

We had several chats over Zoom, they are very friendly and relaxed which is just what we are looking for. It was clear that they are professionals in their field and we felt confident to hand over the project to them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We went from no SEO to page 1 of Google for a couple of keywords within around 6 months on a very reasonable budget, this led to orders which have allowed us to grow as a business. We were impressed by the reports and the time they took to explain the SEO steps they implemented.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, we would see better results with a higher budget which we are looking forward to working towards in the future.

Very close communication and many iterations. We were able to clearly communicate what we liked and disliked, and they independently implemented the changes. Renata was response during 7 days a week within a couple of hours and never got annoyed by my hundreds of comments and change requests.
