What challenge were you trying to address with Numiko?

We hired Numiko to enhance our digital experience and improve user journeys for all visitors to our website, primarily prospective students.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Numiko handled a complete website delivery project, from design and development to content and post-launch maintenance. The team provided design concepts, wireframes, website structure and navigation, integrations with third-party services, content migration, and backend functionality. Numiko integrated our curriculum management tool, an academic research portfolio, and our new student records system. After the launch, the team maintained the site and worked with us on developments and ongoing integrations.

How did you come to work with Numiko?

We entered an open bid for the redesign of our website, and Numiko submitted a very strong application. The team did the most research into us as an institution and proposed bold, exciting solutions to our digital problems that aligned with our brand and core values.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2023–January 2024. The project is over, but our relationship is ongoing as Numiko maintains and develops our website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Google Analytics demonstrated a huge impact and improvements five months post-launch. We saw a 46.7% increase in total page views (year on year) and a nearly 10% decrease in bounce rate. The other most significant improvement was a 20.7% increase in total events across the website. The site was built to be fully responsive and meet the latest accessibility guidance. Since the launch, there’s been a 12.4% increase in sessions by mobile and a healthy 8.9% decrease in bounce rates by mobile. The average session duration has also risen by 7%.

How did Numiko perform from a project management standpoint?

Numiko’s project management was solid and dependable. The team delivered on time and within budget. We primarily communicated via Teams calls and messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I valued Numiko's willingness to propose bold and exciting solutions over the usual cookie-cutter, safe approach.

It is ongoing, and has many outcomes. But, the importance of the website is paramount for mareketing, commercial, academic and reputational wellbeing, and Numiko's brief is to maintain the website as if it were a vital part of our real estate portfolio upon whcih we depend.

I’m a digital project manager at a nonprofit organization. Our company regulates veterinary professionals in the UK by maintaining a register, setting educational and ethical standards, and awarding qualifications to enhance animal health and welfare.

We needed Numiko to bring our organization's new website into the modern age, ensuring it was user-centric and delivered the new brand ethos in the right manner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Numiko is developing our organization's website and a microsite. The team is providing a full rebrand and redesign, new content rollout, and an updated user interface and digital strategy. The website and microsite will include CRM integration and AI tools.
