Their system of working with clients is very well thought out and very clean. The interfaces that they use, it’s not like you’re just bouncing emails back and forth. They have this whole client interface. They’ve got some portal where you’re able to post comments and all the departments see it immediately and it goes to the right people. Just the way that they interacted, I mean, I never met these people face-to-face. They’re in Minnesota and we’re in California. Again, I don’t really know how other companies do these things, but they’re very collaborative.
