I am the owner of Wrap Genius, a company that specializes in vehicle graphics and wraps for commercial companies.

We went through a rebrand in which we needed to update our social media profiles, google page and completely redesign our website.

We wanted a company that would represent the kind of quality work we put out.

Before we even rebranded, AGI helped us get ranking on Google with our current site. They also helped drive sales for us by providing quality leads every day for us. Once we rebranded ourselves, AGI went over and above creating a website that matched our vision. They were able to create a visually stunning and effective site that took our business to the next level.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with a team of people, from project managers to designers to writers, all of whom were professional and easy to work with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the time we hired AGI, our sales have increased dramatically. The leads they get us help drive our business and are responsible for a large majority of sales we get.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everyone at AGI is very easy to work with. I have no problems working with anyone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed of response was outstanding! If I needed something changed or done quickly, it was always taken care of.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, I have no complaints about working with the team, they've all done a great job helping our business.

I am the Manager-Business Development for Clifford, Ross, Raudenbush, & Cooper which is a CPA firm providing services in the El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM areas since 1978.

We engaged AGI Marketing to revamp our web page and to design a more robust tool to assist in promoting our firm in a more successful marketing strategy.

We spoke with a number of clients and contacts who had previous experience in our objectives. AGI Marketing was highly recommended.

We engaged AGI Marketing to revamp our web page and to design a more robust tool to assist in promoting our firm in a more successful marketing strategy. We spoke with a number of clients and contacts who had previous experience in our objectives. AGI Marketing was highly recommended. Following our engagement, AGI spent time at our offices to gain a full understanding of our services which allowed them to develop a number of models for us to review.

Subsequent meetings where conducted where AGI provide complete explanation of all options and the benefits related to each. Once our determinations were made, AGI launched their team to finalize the project which included not only developing our web page but to also manage social media outlets, reviews, updated web content, as well as revising our firm logo and stationary designs to a more modern and upbeat presentation,

We worked with several individuals from AGI Marketing including Jim Singelyn (President and Owner) as well as with a number of excellent staff that engaged with us in the various stages of the project. All of the AGI team has been very knowledgeable in their respective fields and have provided extremely professional and courteous support. These have developed into special relationships with most of the team which has provided invaluable assets for our firm.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The most significant results of our ongoing project can be based on the number of contacts we currently receive both through direct inquiries as well as online web page inquiries. These have increased steadily by over 500% and continue to grow each month. Additionally, our web page is updated by AGI Marketing periodically to provide fresh and updated presentations.

AGI Marketing has been become a true and valued partner for our firm due to their committed support to our needs. They immersed themselves in our objectives to gain a full understanding of our objectives and delved deeper into what the related benefits we could benefit from even in areas that we had no idea on how to engage. All the team is not only professionally qualified but sincerely committed to our needs.

They are open and friendly and are always available to address any questions or issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

AGI Marketing is one of our biggest assets when it comes to state of the art web page support and marketing strategy development. Their commitment to us has proven to be one of the best tools for our firm. The personal involvement of their team has developed into an expanded support team that we would not have otherwise been able to attain internally.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have not found any areas that AGI Marketing could improve in their support of our service needs. They have exceeded all expectations in all areas.
