I’m the CMO of Grassi, an accounting and consulting company.

What challenge were you trying to address with BelMarketing Design Studio?

We needed outsourced marketing support, mainly in the area of graphic design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BelMarketing Design Studio helps us with our marketing collateral and provides marketing support for whatever project we’re working on, whether it be for our website, brand, or social media. 

Over the years, they've built a brand new website for us and helped us with our rebranding efforts. They’ve also helped develop and optimize our website, branding, and social media strategies.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Ali.

How did you come to work with BelMarketing Design Studio?

I had known Ali (CEO & Creative Director) for quite some time — we had volunteered together for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, so we had a preexisting relationship. I was familiar with what he and BelMarketing did, so I reached out and let him know that we had a need. He provided a proposal, and we have been working with him for several years now.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in our site traffic. We've also seen over a million and a half in new business opportunities come through the website since October of last year, which is a pretty good measure.

Overall, I don't know what we would do without BelMarketing Design Studio’s support.

How did BelMarketing Design Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

BelMarketing Design Studio has performed fantastically well in terms of project management. They’re incredibly responsive and are always on time, and the deliverables are always of high quality.

We typically communicate through Asana and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with the quality of the deliverables.

No, I have no complaints.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Well spoken, well organized. I have a good background in SEO optimization and marketing but Bell Marketing helped me put my ideas together in a organized, concise format allowing to build on past and future ideas.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

My website had been up and running for over 10 years. Like many things over time, there was clutter and a lack of continuity and connectivity throughout the website. Lots of information that was scattered. Bell Marketing thru continuous consultation helped reinforced the goals and focus of the websites purpose - conveying my services.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with just Ali Taylor. That is all that we needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Outcome: More website activity, more leads, more users leaving requests for quotes, more users calling kbenefits to assign us as their broker. Pinpoint information for user questions helps expedite customer services questions. Useful reference points for members, prospects and brokers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

No issues with workflow. Ideas and solutions were communicated via emails, phone calls and in-person as needed. I prefer business to be done a certain way....Bell Marketing had no issue working with what suits me best.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge, understanding, reliability, accountability, and solutions were unparalleled.
