I wanted a non-Wix or wordpress site developer with experience in technology to build a site from scratch. The site would have 12-15 pages and be interactive for customers with links for affiliates, shop, marketplace, blog and other social.

I initially placed an ad on Upwork which Webefy responded to and I chose them from a selection of responders as best place to deliver my vision.

I had a previous Wix site and wanted a site from scratch with much more content, pages, and interactivity. The pages included:

• Home Page with site logo, banner, taglines, and menu.
• About Us Page.
• Services pages – Drop down tabs for 6-8 services. Marketplace for affiliates Shop with company-branded items with a link to Printful as the product supplier.
• Forum - Members can sign in for discussions and comments.
• Social media pages - blog, pictures, surveys, etc. Contact Us Page.

We had online meetings and email exchanges to discuss my plans with myself sending in mock-ups and write-ups for what I required. Webefy followed my instructions with revision where required.

I liaised with Asif and Muhammad my project manager who assisted greatly in the production of my site, ran the online meetings with designers and interpreted my mock-ups and content.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was impressed with the interactivity of the services pages. There was a lot of content to deliver and the 'flip links' took customers on a journey. Each of my 'wants' for each page were achieved whether through links to internal content or external pages and page set ups.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I am the only member from our company so the workflow between myself and Webefy was excellent. Muhammad was very attentive to my needs and was in contact regularly so he could direct the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Webefy was very knowledgeable in setting up my website. They had experience in setting up websites for other tech companies and it showed. As I said above, I was impressed with the interactivity of the links to pages and how my vision was implemented on the site.

There were some miscommunications and I may have been too ambitious in my wants, but Muhammad was able to manage my expectations and deliver on the project to my great satisfaction.

A loan officer or mortgage broker can reach out to our company and have their own fully developed, professionally designed and personally integrated website up and running, Within a 24 hour period.

I researched and interviewed more than two dozen website developers over the course of a three week discovery period. After speaking with Asif at Webefy, it became very clear very quickly that he was the right person for this job.

The deciding factors for choosing Webefy and Asif, was his consistent availability, professionalism and the examples he supplied were very sophisticated and professionally done.

Since this project is very unique, there is a lot of telephone conversations and emails back-and-forth going over the details of the project. Essentially this was a website inside of a website. The scope of the work involved was to create a website that would appeal to those in the mortgage industry so that they could review the main mortgage website which will be marketed as a website solution for their own mortgage companies needs.

The first step was getting the mortgage website done and completed. And once that was completed to the level at which would be a high-end solution for a successful mortgage company, we’ve been moved to creating the website that is to be used to advertise the website product to those in the mortgage and leading industry.

Asif was my point of contact, and though I know Webefy has a team of highly skilled developers, I only dealt directly with Asif. I personally love that, as talking with multiple people tends to create confusion and effective Communication becomes compromised.

Since this project has been completed, which has only been a couple of days, I have sent the link out to a few of my colleagues in the industry. The feedback I’ve received has been 100% positive with many compliments on the design of the site itself.

Each time I needed to reach Asif, he was always available. I wondered if he ever slept! He was always there and ready to take care of whatever was needed. We spoke on zoom, text message, and phone - depending on which seemed more appropriate for the task. He’s very thorough and accommodating and is very organized. Which I believe is why he is so precise with his results.

The depth of their support team and the timeliness and speed at which they found answers and solutions to questions was absolutely impressive.
