I sent them an idea for my logo so they would understand what I had in mind. From there, they designed my logo, banners, and other marketing collateral, such as stationery.

After that, they designed and developed a brochure-style site. They gave me some options along the way and provided some creative input. Finally, they set up our social media pages.

Their work is high-quality. Our site looks great. They took my concept and really made it pop. We had very little back and forth before they delivered the perfect design.

Working with them was a dream. The team turned everything around very quickly. Often, they delivered what I requested from them on the very next day. The project was delayed partially because of the COVID-19 lockdown, but partially on my end as well. Still, they worked efficiently and delivered everything very quickly. If anything was delayed, they communicated with me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offer a hands-on approach and are very professional. For example, I just reached out to her to discuss social media advertising and she got back to me the next day with a breakdown of some options we could follow.

Even after they completed the initial scope, we had two check-ins and she asked if there was anything they could assist with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they need to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

New clients should be very clear about what they expect from the partnership and shouldn’t be afraid to ask for help. I relied on Creative Muse Marketing Inc. for their creative input and asked for ideas and suggestions, while other people will know exactly what they want ahead of time. Either way, Creative Muse Marketing Inc. will deliver what they want if they’re clear about their expectations.

I recently started my coaching business for which I needed a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creative Muse Marketing helped me create my website on WordPress. They took all my suggestions and recommendations throughout the development of the website, and there was constant feedback. 

What is the team composition?

I was in touch with Pankit (Director). He was the one that coordinated with the entire team. He was my main contact and that was my choice as well because I didn’t want to have to connect to three or four people at the same time. I really wanted one point of contact.

How did you come to work with Creative Muse Marketing Inc.?

As it is my first business and first time creating my own website, I was quite reluctant to hire anyone in Canada. I got their information from one of our Facebook pages, and I contacted them. 

They were so good about taking me through the journey before I signed the contract. They told me about the timelines, the requirements, and what they can and cannot do on the website. They were quite transparent in their approach and that is one thing that I really liked about them.

It was approximately $1,900.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2020, and we recently just launched our website on January 6th, 2021.

The website has gone live so there isn’t much to do right now. They have let me know that they will be there to help if there are any changes I want in the design or format.

I have not done actual social media marketing for the website, but I have shown it to friends and family, and they are loving the website. They really like all the design work, the color combinations, and everything. The look and feel of the website are really good.  

The whole experience was great. Creative Muse Marketing was quite supportive. Taking a client’s feedback and suggestions is something I feel is really important especially when someone is developing their own website. They were quite welcoming and that’s something that I really loved about them.

How did Creative Muse Marketing Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They are good with communication. Most of the time, we connected through Zoom. I didn’t require being in touch every single day, but there were some times that things popped into my mind at night, and I emailed them, and they made sure to get back to me as soon as it was morning.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They always take care of their client’s needs rather than just focusing on finishing up the project. For example, if my project was supposed to be completed in a week but there were some things I really wanted to do on the website, Pankit was always ready to brainstorm with me to get the result until I was satisfied. This is something that I was looking forward to when I hired the team, and something that I got. That was a good thing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Because this was my first website, I thought it would be done within 15 to 20 days, but it took a month to complete. I don’t blame them, as it was partly because of all the thoughts that came up during the process which kept changing the timelines. Maybe the timeline is something they can work on more.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Collect all your thoughts and requirements on one page on the very first day and don’t change it. When you change it, it takes time because things start again from scratch. One thing to do is maybe increase your timeline.

The energy displayed by the representative was refreshing and backed with their expertise. I was satisfied making the decision to go forward with the company.

Their was an brief consult to better understand my project needs over the phone followed by a more through consult via zoom where images where shown and we zoned in on exactly how they could be of assistance and what options were available.

The creator/manager has been my main Point of contact from the beginning and have had zero issues.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have not officially launched our website and product line just yet, however based on how it looks now. I’m very happy with the work performed and expect great results from clients.

We have spoken via whatsapp and zoom. Also shared screens a few times to clarify what was the desired outcome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found the most outstanding was their commitment to working with my current software systems and going the extra step to communicate with them and ensure systems are linked and working seemlessly.

They have also been conducting test cases to minimize or eliminate any issues I may have on launch day. That’s excellent service in my books.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly I can’t think of any. We had our conversations and have been very receptive to changes requested. Have had zero issues.

Communication is always done with regular follow ups by the team. Tasks are completed when they say they are going to be. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with this company.

We wanted to ensure that we had a website that was current, considering we have a “new normal.” We had to revamp the website to make sure that people feel much safer during this time, safer than we made them feel before. 

Our website also has to be constantly updated because as an academy, we’re continuously growing and adding new service. The same thing for the medical spa — when we add new services or have specials, we need the website to be updated to reflect that.

Creative Muse Marketing Inc. is redesigning our medical day spa website, which has been challenging because we’re trying to make it a Shopify website. Mansi (Director) hosts the website and maintains it.

Additionally, she constantly updates our courses and keeps our blog running. Prior to the pandemic, she also assisted with our social media, specifically Facebook, and SEO. But now someone else does that.

She was working for another company and I loved her style. When she left that company, I asked her to continue to work with us.

Our engagement began in September or October 2019, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

There was a time when I wasn’t happy with the services, but we’re getting back to a point where I enjoy working with Mansi. The quality of her work is usually great. I’ve been pleased with her work most of the time.

From time to time we would have to go back and forth on the designs, but in general, she understands what I’m looking for. 

How did Creative Muse Marketing Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

The lockdown has affected everyone, so it’s been frustrating on both sides. When I realized that we really needed a website, I was the one who initiated it. However, I felt that Mansi should have been the one to do that, which is why I felt let down.

Generally, once I send something to her, I find that she’s very proactive and reactive. When she was here, it was easy to work with her because we had in-person meetings. I also love her communication.

We used to have problems with timelining, but now she’s resolving it since we’re both on the same page now.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What drove me to her was her deep interest in her work. She personalizes it and I’m not just a number to her; Creative Muse Marketing Inc. truly cares about growing my business. Mansi has taken on this work as a personal project, not just a business.

I love that I can communicate with her late at night and she will probably answer. Additionally, when I ask her to do something, I know that she will most likely get it done within 24 hours. In this respect, she’s an invaluable resource.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was a little disappointed because Mansi closed down the old website before she had the new website ready. The two websites should have been up simultaneously. Right now, we don’t have a functional website, which is quite dangerous.

Mansi said she told us that from the beginning, but I didn’t expect it. However, we have resolved it now and she is more proactive in terms of getting the website out. 

Moving forward, she also needs to come up with suggestions like she used to do before. She should research other websites that are in the medical spa space and bring them to the discussion. She used to do this, and I admired this about her. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that there’s clarity in what the expectations are, and then she will be able to deliver. That’s what went wrong with us. Because there were three people involved in the process, there was some confusion. 

There should be clarity and specificity from the beginning so that there’s no confusion. I would also advise that she not over-promise. Mansi is an amazing person and I would definitely recommend her.

They designed the website, wrote the content for our website, and helped us select photos to display on it. 

For the digital marketing aspect of their work, they do SEO, run our Facebook page, and they did a campaign with Google Maps and Waze. Our original website was hacked, so it was labeled as untrusted by Google. They helped us get our rankings back. They also advised us on how to get more Google reviews to improve our reputation online.

We’re happy with the website so far, I haven’t gotten any negative feedback. We started seeing a lot of inquiries as a result of our targeted postings. Our social media presence is much better now.

The response time has been phenomenal. We mainly use email and phone calls to communicate. We got regular reports on the results of their SEO work.

They tried to understand our business first before they jumped into a digital marketing campaign. Other vendors just wanted to start running ad campaigns without knowing what we do and who our clients are.

I don’t have any constructive feedback for them right now.
