I am operation manager of our group. We are group of companies, distributing chemical materials for aviation industries.

We hired BlackDeers to revamp our old website and re-design it, change the structure and update it to the today's trend.

How did you select BlackDeers and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed some the websites they had done before. Also referred to us by one of our associated company.

The usual procedure that applies with most web developers. First we met, introduced our company, and pointed out what we wanted. Then we had received some sketches from the BlackDeer team. Then we started to build upon the foundation we laid.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was in contact with one. It is much easier for us to only deal with one point of contact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are definitely happy with the result, as we are receiving more inquiries from the territories that we had not been active before, and it has been a great help to our business during the tough times of Covid-19 pandemic.

We have had regular online meetings via Skype and recently Zoom. We discuss the ideas for improvement, and set deadline and then get to work and get the job done. Timelines are met as planned. Communications tools: Emails, Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom.

Prompt responses, Flexible in design to meet our demand. Being up to date to know the trend of the market. Technical knowledge.

After a brief description of my work and a description of my wishes, the team started work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the first presentation of the work, the website was 95% complete and met my wishes. Some technical files were then corrected so that the website was ready and functioning within a very short time.

Fawless communication without barriers. The management quickly welcomed and implemented the situation and my wishes

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a very good intuition and quick implementation of my wishes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Since I'm not from the IT industry, I can't judge something like that, because my website worked from the start. The subsequent changes would be implemented immediately during the conversation and description of the additional information.
