I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Ink Web to revamp my website and rebrand my photography business after relocating to the Chicago area from California. I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding! What challenge were you trying to address with Blue Ink Web?

I needed a catchy and straightforward website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blue Ink Web developed and designed a website for us. I told them what I wanted on my site, including my packages, photos, my Venmo QR code, and quick access to my Facebook page where people could contact me. Their efforts also included creating my logo, SEO campaigns, and hosting my website as well.

Lindsay (Owner) and Justin (Sales Director) were our main points of contact.

How did you come to work with Blue Ink Web?

I found them via advertisement and word of mouth. I chose them because they were local and I liked their work, so I gave them a shot.

We invested around $100 with them.

We worked together on this project from July–August 2021.

I got fantastic feedback on the site they created, and I love the design decisions they made — the website gives my business a professional edge.

They were responsive with everything, and I liked their work. Their communication and attentiveness were great as well — we used email and text messages to talk to each other. Their team was also patient and friendly about every aspect of the project.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I’d recommend them to anyone.
