They initially proposed a much wider scope of work, so I went back to them and told them that it wasn’t what we were looking for. They then completely custom fit it to what we needed. Some things have come up that have been outside of the scope of work, and we offered to compensate them for their additional time right from the start, but they've actually done a lot of that additional work free of charge.
