We needed to bring our IT compliance into the modern day, and then maintin the infrastructure for ever-evolving security compliance. AtNet was able to evaluate our existing enviroment and give us a plan to meet our compliance needs. Once executed, AtNet continues to be our IT partner for any support items needed in the space.

AtNet clearly defines the deliverables in their proposals, as well as open ticket reminders to keep me on track with prioritizing ongoing support needs.

Project management has been well defined, I feel that I am given a known individual for most projects, especially those larger ticket items. In a world of call centers, AT-NET Services has proven to conduct business as a partner rather than a vendor.

I especially like the "people" aspect of working with AtNet, their contacts have always been helpful and easy to communicate with (Im a machinist, not an IT specialist).

Are there any areas for improvement or something AT-NET Services could have done differently?

My two suggestions would be 1. some sort of economical plan for smaller companies to balance cost with compliance. while it may open up doors for security issues, small compnies like mine simply do not have the budget for large, full scale IT maintenence. at the same time, we are so small that we may be able to implement some "sweat equity" compliance rather than subscription model securities. 2. maybe a dashboard that helps me understand the different items we are paying for at any given moment? listing the different microsoft accounts, users, billing, etc.

We needed out front door to have a ill switch installed along with a mag lock for our door in the front foyer. We are currently using At-NET to install this access on other doors in our facility.

We could actually see the results right away — the new Paxton system cut down on key card issues, gave staff smoother access to the building, and made it easier for management to track who’s coming and going. Plus, support tickets for door problems dropped a lot, which showed the system was doing its job

Their project management was really solid — they kept us in the loop the whole way and stuck to the schedule, so everything got delivered on time. Any time we had a question or needed something adjusted, they were quick to respond and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free

What stands out to me most is how easy they are to work with. They didn’t just install the Paxton system and walk away — they really took the time to understand how we wanted it to work for our team and tailored it to fit. That level of attention and customer care felt unique compared to other vendors we’ve worked with

Honestly, the overall experience was really good. If anything, the only area for improvement would be a little more upfront communication about timelines and what to expect during the install. It all worked out fine, but having that extra clarity at the start would’ve made things even smoother.
