They know how long it's going to take them to do something. They know to remind you of deadlines and say, “If you miss this deadline, here's the impact of that.” Also, they say, “If you're in the middle of a project and you decide to go a totally different way, that's great and that's okay. Projects can have flexibility, but the effect is going to be X, Y, and Z.”

We have been quite happy with AddWeb- the only shortcoming in our last engagement was probably in the Bug Fix category. In their eagerness to respond quickly and fix open bugs and issues expeditiously- some got closed before the entire bug was completed. However, after brought to light and re-opening, AddWeb still went back and completed all bug tickets satisfactorily.

We use GitHub and they did fairly well with our deadlines. Their owner came to meet with us in person, which had a big impact on our relationship. He showed commitment and we really appreciated how flexible they were with our teams. They’re very nimble, adaptable, and willing to accommodate requests with a reasonable amount of notice.
