I’m the manager of a locally-owned furniture store with two locations.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ubiquify Digital?

We were looking for a one-stop shop to handle all of our digital marketing needs.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our sales and our brand to reach a larger audience in our area.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We searched different ad agencies and freelancing sites and interviewed around 10 different global and local companies. Ubiquify listened to our needs and assured us they could execute a custom plan. Many of the other companies wanted to use an established, one-size-fits-all strategy.

After a quick analysis of our online presence, they started building our brand with professional posts and videos targeted toward potential clients. They continue to provide detailed reports of what they do every month.

What was the team composition?

I’ve worked closely with the owners of the company, who are well-versed in the digital space. Their in-house team has a wide array of expertise.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen an increase in foot traffic and sales stemming directly from our relationship with Ubiquify. They’ve also increased our Facebook following.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The owners are available to answer any questions we have. They're also very pro-active with giving tips or suggestions to help our digital campaigns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I've been amazed by their team’s knowledge of and experience in the digital space. Furthermore, their execution and work-ethic are tremendous. They never let things sit on the back burner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Although everything is great, it would be convenient to have a 24/7 customer service desk, as sometimes it’s hard to connect quickly across time zones.
