Molly Duggan has been helping us update and manage our website since June/July 2024. They started working with us as we were wrapping up development of our updated website with a different developer, who we had a bad experience with, and helped us through the launch process. Once our website was live, they reviewed and improved upon what our previous developer had built, and have since provided us with ongoing web support, including setting up the SEO basics we were missing.

The level of availability and sense of connection - Erik is easy to reach and has made sure we never feel ignored or like we're on our own. Coming from a different developer where this was very much not the case, it's so appreciated! Having a dedicated person to reach out to with any questions has been a game-changer for our website management.

Genuinely, not that I can think of at this moment! They've been helpful, informative, patient with our questions and concerns, and all-around great to work with.

It took some time initially to get them to understand our development and deployment process. With good communication we were able to work through that.

For site hosting, it was 99% uptime.

For Drupal 7, it was all updates, patches, security management, data management and development of new templates.

For WordPress, it is core updates and managing technical issues.

They were always very quick to reply. When there was a serious issue, we got on a call and it was resolved usually within an hour. Other issues were resolved within 24-48 hours as they sometimes needed extra information which added to the timeline.

This agency is very good about keeping in touch. There are always emails and help when I need it. I always walked away from conversations with their CTO feeling smarter as he is good at explaining and educating folks about all kinds of web management. The agency overall was very supportive of our late switch from Drupal 7. The attention to our specific needs and issues as a nonprofit always impressed me. They understood our goals and web needs from that perspective.
