What was the scope of their involvement?

Ubiquify Digital has been a creative extension of our brand agency, and they've developed a wide range of marketing materials for us. Our needs have grown, and we've taken on a software development project that Ubiquify Digital has assured us they can master. This has been our largest ongoing project to date.

Ubiquify Digital has handled project scoping with me and directly with the client, unpacking a broad range of needs and complex overlays of build and development for both back-end and front-end web-based apps. They've also developed the app itself, the UI/UX, and the deep functionality of the app, along with ongoing development and support.

The usability testing and approval of the client ensure that all aspects of the app work and are included over time. The client has been consistently very pleased with the process so far.

This kind of project is outside my purview, so having the ability to take on a complex coding project, work directly with the client to understand the complex needs, and make them come to life over time has been impressive.

The owners are available to answer any questions we have. They're also very pro-active with giving tips or suggestions to help our digital campaigns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I've been amazed by their team’s knowledge of and experience in the digital space. Furthermore, their execution and work-ethic are tremendous. They never let things sit on the back burner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Although everything is great, it would be convenient to have a 24/7 customer service desk, as sometimes it’s hard to connect quickly across time zones.

This is something we request on a continual basis from Ubiquify and most of the information, on average around 80-85%, is correct from the first review stage.

Delivery is almost always on time.  With the amount of work we send to Ubiquify, I would say their track record is very good.  The response time is also very good.

I would say the one recommendation I have for the team is shrinking timelines, since at times I felt like we'd delay things by a week or two with slow response times. I'm sure they're busy but I do think that maintaining the quality of communication consistent regardless of project load is crucial toward success.

The project included everything from product discovery and UX/UI design to full-stack development and testing. Ubiquify helped us define core user flows, built out a clean and responsive frontend in React/TypeScript, and handled backend development using Supabase. They also helped us with Stripe integration, notifications, and admin dashboards.

We launched our MVP within the planned timeframe, and early user engagement was higher than expected. There was a significant drop in support tickets due to the clarity of the UI/UX, and internal stakeholders were very happy with performance and stability. We also saw faster iteration cycles thanks to the clean codebase they delivered.

Project management was smooth and proactive. They used a shared Notion board for visibility and tracked progress well. Everything was delivered on or ahead of schedule. The level of thought and care they put into understanding our business stood out. A lot of agencies just take specs and build, but Ubiquify challenged assumptions and offered smarter solutions. Their team felt like a true partner.

Honestly, there’s very little I’d critique. If anything, a few more proactive suggestions on design scalability earlier in the process could have been helpful—but once we flagged it, they jumped right on it. Overall, a fantastic experience.
