Although everything is great, it would be convenient to have a 24/7 customer service desk, as sometimes it’s hard to connect quickly across time zones.

This is something we request on a continual basis from Ubiquify and most of the information, on average around 80-85%, is correct from the first review stage.

Delivery is almost always on time.  With the amount of work we send to Ubiquify, I would say their track record is very good.  The response time is also very good.

Ubiquify Digital has handled project scoping with me and directly with the client, unpacking a broad range of needs and complex overlays of build and development for both back-end and front-end web-based apps. They've also developed the app itself, the UI/UX, and the deep functionality of the app, along with ongoing development and support.

We launched our MVP within the planned timeframe, and early user engagement was higher than expected. There was a significant drop in support tickets due to the clarity of the UI/UX, and internal stakeholders were very happy with performance and stability. We also saw faster iteration cycles thanks to the clean codebase they delivered.

Project management was smooth and proactive. They used a shared Notion board for visibility and tracked progress well. Everything was delivered on or ahead of schedule. Honestly, there’s very little I’d critique. If anything, a few more proactive suggestions on design scalability earlier in the process could have been helpful—but once we flagged it, they jumped right on it. Overall, a fantastic experience.
