We were able to interact via project management tools, email, and phone calls, and all milestones and project tasks were uploaded to the JIRA. On the online application, they conducted unit and functional testing. They had already created the test cases, so all we had to do was UAT. Their crew was excellent. They completed the project on schedule.

One of our client had a requirement to build a native mobile app and we did not have an internal team for this project. We were looking to hire a reliable team to meet our client's requirements. We decided to hire Simpalm because they had a very good experience with a strong background in building native mobile apps for iOS and Android Platforms.
We provided them with our requirement specifications. Simpalm's team of project managers, developers, and testers worked on the project and provided weekly updates on the progress. They provided native iOS and Android app development, app design, and backend development and delivered our project under our budget in around 9 months time. We are satisfied with Simpalm's work and will hire them for the maintenance.

Simpalm had assigned a very experienced PM and business analyst on the project. We started the project with a kickoff call and the PM explained the project very well. PM used Basecamp as a project management tool and created all the tasks and timeline in the Basecamp. Project was broken into multiple milestones and timelines were assigned.We were able to communicate with developers and testes as well in the Basecamp. They were able to meet all the timeline closely with some delays.

All milestones were met and the application works tremendously well. Two other developers had failed prior to Simpalm.

Project management is thorough and sometimes thinks of issues we had not. On the other hand, sometimes a little slow to respond. However, the methodical approach means things actually work. This is an honest firm as well. I trust working with them as they have proven their value. And they are nice people.
