Incitrio is one of the easiest to work with. Many times, a firm may have some great ideas but, if the internal team doesn't approve them, the relationship can become rough. This was never the case with Incitrio. If there was an idea that was tossed out, we would simply regroup, brainstorm and move on. Incitrio was also one of the most accommodating firms I've worked with. They listened to me, paid attention and came to be an extension of my own team, which is how any marketing firm should work.

I think part of it is that they are passionate about what they do. There’s probably a natural tension between the agency and the client where, as the client, you ask yourself whether you want to be pushed out of your comfort zone or whether you just want to go with what you’re saying based on what you think is safe. At times it felt like we were in crunch time, and they still wanted to offer another creative element, but that said, it generally paid off. I call it all part of the messy process that you go through to make something good anyway, whether it be internally or externally.

They were even able to communicate with Infusionsoft which is the CRM that I use.

Both in writing and verbally, they were able to say what they could accomplish and by what date, and because of that they’ve never really missed a deadline. I don’t think that’s too unusual among marketing companies, but what I really appreciated is just how clear they are about that process. They created an online timeline for us to track all the different projects, which was very helpful.
