Emerald has been an extension of our team since day 1. When we were a team of just a few people, they helped us design our MVP, get the first version of our brand and website live, and assisted with any product designs or brand visuals needed. 4 years later as a Series A company, they have helped us design a differentiated product, maintain a consistent brand style in the market, which has allowed us to grow from a company of a few people to a company of about 30.

Emerald was quick to reply to my emails, and they were quick to make edits and incorporate all of my requests. Everything was delivered within the promised timeline.

Leah and Charlee are a great team, they complement each other so well. Leah created beautiful branding, incorporating all the aspects I hoped for and brought my vision to life. Charlee crafted a gorgeous and professional website. Together, they've increased the amount of calls we get and our client list. I was impressed with their quick communication and turnaround on edits.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Emerald could have done differently?

I understand these projects take time, but I had initially wished that there could have been a quicker initial turn around. The project took about 3 months, but it was worth the wait.

Quornix, LLC has developed chemical therapeutics to treat bacterial infections caused by Vibrio bacteria that infect fish and shellfish and cause devastating disease in humans. Our company was founded by two academic scientists from Indiana University.

We hired Emerald for a 'design day' in which the entire day was focused on developing a brand and logo for our company. Emerald first interviewed us to gather information about our company, our interests, our goals. The design day was spent creating a mood board, logo, and brand for use with presentations and any digital files we would need. In addition, they guided us on design of fonts, colors, and swag items.

Emerald delivered a logo with multiple color and background options, a brand with fonts and an avatar, and all forms of digital files for each of these.
