My goal is always to rank high , I hired Arif to build me a new website on Wordpress and he manages ever since and I’m very grateful.

I personally have this thing when I can’t sit on the chair for more then 10 minutes so I wasn’t the one who found him , at the time my situation was really bad, I was about to lose the house and luckily an I.T guy found me on Workaway (people that help out in the house instead of rent) so is name is Will and he found him thanks to his test scores and reputation he told me

Arif does everything, I don’t know much about websites and Wordpress and speed and ranking high, So Arif always advise me what to do, he always reply back on any message, I learned a lot from his approach to me if that make sense , I wasn’t too nice because my situation wasn’t good and I didn’t know who I can’t trust and I almost lost him few times because I was too worried about technology and the way things really work the best and in my situation is if the phone rings or not,

I only communicate with Arif , everything I ask is being recognised and dealt with in a timely manner,

This day my phone doesn’t stop ringing so I know that everything Arif did is gold, his advice are gold to someone like me and the speed my site is running is really good and WordPress gets updated regularly (not like before) It’s the only person that can charge my card whenever he needs and as much as he requires, I trust him so much, really rare to find someone like this, I learned a lot from his approach also.

We use Upwork to message each other and we only spoke on the phone once. My memory isn’t the best to texting is best for me.

The honesty, the truth, and the fact that they delivered big time impressed us. I don’t have a store so my site is everything and even pandemic didn’t slow me down

We engaged them to redesign our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Techzo designed my personal artist website and the one for the Chamber Orchestra of New York. We borrowed a lot of the ideas and content from the old website, but we came up with an entirely new design. They didn’t provide logo design or SEO services.

I worked directly with Arif (Web Design and Development Specialist).

How did you come to work with Techzo?

We found them through Upwork. We had an open call for a website designer, and Techzo won the bid. We chose them over many other qualified candidates.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost was around $3,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

The Orchestra website was done first, and that project ran between mid-April–June 2020. My artist website was done between June–August 2020. We’re still working with Techzo for editing on both websites.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Techzo did a fabulous job on both sites. Arif was very communicative, and we had a great working relationship. He was very responsive and listened to the long-term vision we had for the sites. He was serious about both sites, and he took everything into account. We’re very happy with the results.

How did Techzo perform from a project management standpoint?

Arif was excellent. I’d give him 10/10 for management. We used the Upwork messenger for communication and it worked smoothly. We also had phone meetings when needed, and we used email, but Upwork chats proved to be the quickest method.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had the proper patience and stamina to accommodate our project. The work was done in phases, and we went through multiple revisions. My personal site was a bit more intricate because we were doing something a bit more unusual on the homepage. Techzo was very patient in getting the aesthetics we wanted on both homepages.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything off the bat. It was a solid working relationship. Arif was as solid as anyone could be in designing a professional website. I couldn’t recommend him more.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Something that turned out to be beneficial for us was having a clear vision of what we wanted on the homepage and making a mockup of it. The designer will provide different possibilities based on that. If you don’t have something on paper, then it’ll take more time to reach a result.

They listened to what I wanted to accomplish and got the project done, all within a timely manner. I didn’t want to spend six months on the project, and they were able to finish quickly.

Throughout the project, I was always given choices. For the initial design, Techzo gave me around three or four different options. We talked about what I wanted and was hoping to accomplish, and the team tweaked it according to my needs. They had a willingness to correct mistakes, make changes, and iterate.  

How did Techzo perform from a project management standpoint?

They were professional. The team was what we expected of a professional vendor. Techzo got the job done: there was no messing around, and they knew what they were doing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Techzo’s responsiveness and turnaround times were really impressive. They had strong communication, and I was always included in any strategic discussions.

Not really.

Come to the engagement with an idea of what you want. You can’t expect anyone to just start from scratch. One of the things I did was scour the Internet to see other people’s websites, so I had a framework in mind for my own.

After trying several other pretenders who only cared about taking our money....Raza made me feel really comfortable. I could tell he really cared about our business. He showed me things that other companies said they did when they really didn't.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

He did a great job keeping in touch with us to get feedback from the Google Paid Ads he created. He wanted to be sure we were getting the clients we were looking for. We'd tell him who called and what happened.....He would tweak the campaigns to ensure the quality of potential clients we needed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are always quick to respond to any questions I have and keep my updated on their progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Other companies made promises they didn't keep while getting paid upfront for their supposed services. Raza offered to create different ads and run them without charging me an arm and a leg up front. He did the work first and let the progress prove itself.

He and his company have provided better results than the many others I've used and at a much lower cost.

I’m the CEO of a foundation called God’s Got You. After my wife passed away from pancreatic cancer, I wanted to help families that are in financial duress and cannot address things like travel to see a loved one or hospice care. The goal is to rectify those things because we want to mend hearts.

So far, everything they’ve done has been exemplary. Their work has helped us out a lot. Our site is better looking and more user-friendly than many others I’ve seen within our space. I’m happy that it seems very easy to navigate.

How did Techzo perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication has been excellent. In fact, late deadlines were always on my end. I’m new to this, but they guided me through it. Polite and professional, they always called on time for appointments and made it easy to get ahold of them.

Their use of technologies like Zoom made it so we were always on the same page. That helped us get things right the first time, without repetitive corrections. Our only major edits were quick and related to formatting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They openly communicated with us from start to finish. Additionally, they support us in completing the project our way, without directing the development too much.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve had a hard time finding opportunities for improvement with them. Whenever I needed help, they were there. Other website experts also assured me that they were doing an impressive job of putting the website together.

Use the tools that they give you, like Zoom video conferencing. That will help you make sure that the conversation is clear on both ends.
