We hired SevenDesign to outline/develop and implement our UX/UI strategy for our platform. From research/ideation to implementation

We chose SevenDesign based on our excellent experience in working with them on a similar platform in the past

The SevenDesign team worked for us in several capacities, including

• Branding
• Marketing website concept and design
• Product design

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

My team worked with several people at Seven Design. The Executive Creative Director, the UX Designer, the branding team, the Project managers etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been and continue to be very pleased with the SevenDesign deliverables. Our marketing page has a very clean look and flows logically. The product design is very fresh and the SevenDesign team consistently overperformed in terms of ideation, UX direction, and implementation

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

SevenDesign was always on top of it in terms of project management. Even working with two different time zones on our end. (PST/CET). They showed ultimately flexibility and were always available for us. We had included them in our internal tools like Slack and we shared design tools for ultimate transparency and collaboration

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

SevenDesign's creative direction expertise was outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are very happy with all the deliverables we received from SevenDesign. What would make their team even better is more internal software development expertise.

We were launching a sub-brand and needed help with branding, identity, our commerce site design Ui and Ux.

How did you select this vendor?

I had worked with SevenDesign on multiple projects over a decade. Their excellent design, Ui, Ux, and branding chops, combined with their on-time and on-budget track record made them the obvious choice. We short listed 3 other agencies, but SevenDesign was the clear horse to ride for this project.

The SevenDesign team drove a methodical and efficiency approach from discovery to exploration to solution, keeping all stakeholders informed and framing clear choices and transparency about process. The project grew in scale, which SevenDesign adapted to in a nimble and fair way.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The account manager was our key contact, but we interfaces with designers, a strategist and Lee, the principal and creative director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our brand platform, and site were executed superbly, on-time, and on-budget. The work was lauded internally and effective with consumers. Very successful engagement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was smooth, efficient, transparent, and even fun. A couple of instances we hit snags, but the SevenDesign team addressed the issue directly and professionally and drove the project forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The combination of their top-tier creative talent and personal service is unique in my 30 years of experience. I can’t recommend SevenDesign highly enough.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

SevenDesign did a great job in discovery, but if they had proved more deeply it’s possible that they could have discovered aspects of the project that resulted in scope creep once engaged.
