We had a flexible timeline, and we definitely didn't make the team's jobs easy or streamlined. They were incredibly flexible, giving, and responsive to our needs, and we are deeply thankful for that. Without that, we wouldn't have been able to make our brand feel so human and relatable. The only other thing was that there were a few weeks we didn't hear back from the team because of vacations. It would've helped to get a heads up on that so I could've made more progress on items needed on our end. But, again, we had a flexible deadline so in the end it didn't matter too much.
