I didn't have a large social media presence and my website wasn't driving traffic. So, I needed a firm to help me take the next step and expand my online presence.

Brand Vision is designing my new website. They've also helped me expand my Instagram presence — they've developed my logo, color palette, and other branding guidelines to ensure my social media posts are cohesive. We've worked together to ensure that we're heading in the direction I want with the branding materials and website. I've done most of the content creation for the site and Instagram, but Brand Vision is currently editing what I've developed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I enjoy working with Brand Vision — I've had a great experience with them so far. Sam has delivered on my ideas, taking them from basic concepts to tangible visual assets. The website design is almost complete, and Brand Vision has delivered the branding materials I need. We have a great working relationship with Brand Vision — we really trust each other. 

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

Sam is very professional and responsive; he'll even respond to my emails or phone calls during the weekend to calm my nerves. Brand Vision's project management is seamless. They have fantastic service and are very efficient. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I plan to make Brand Vision my go-to company if I ever need help with marketing or branding. They have very personalized service, which is valuable to my growing business. Sam is very personable and makes my team feel like they're a top priority. He'll drop what he's doing to respond to our requests or questions. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had a lot of positive interactions with Brand Vision, so I don't have anything for them to improve. If there are ever issues or miscommunications, they're quickly rectified.

I'd advise customers to enter a project with Brand Vision very prepared, but they should still be open to the project and vision changes that occur throughout the partnership.

We were in contact our project manager (Hamoun). He made sure The project was meeting the deadlines, and met our expectations. I believe three other people were also working on our project as designers and brand strategists.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Brand vision marketing was able to provide a beautiful branding package that fits our requirements, and made us stand out. Just a logo design alone was a drastic change. Did corporate identity that the credit for us was exactly what my team was looking for.

We communicated through emails, phone calls, and zoom meetings to set up discussions and feedback sessions. Divorvery quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We received regular updates on the project.

We were really impressed by the knowledge they had on our industry, and that they were able to build a brand identity using our bright color palette. You were able to make the small changes that we requested very quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Dar no complaints about this company since they delivered exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend them.

I’m the founder of a concert promotion, event organization, and entertainment group. We rent venues, books artists, and sell tickets to these events.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I measure success based on our site’s Google ranking. Moreover, considering the aesthetics of the site, everyone who works alongside me find it pleasing to the eye.

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re perfect in this regard. I communicate with them through phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They adapt to our requests. We wanted a fun, concert-themed website, and they did a great job.

They’re very genuine and don’t overcharge, and they don’t say anything that they don’t do. Brand Vision is very direct, clear, and transparent.

No, not that I’ve seen.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brand Vision?

Our website went live this past summer a bit earlier than I would have liked, and the pages weren’t complete. Although SEO was a new concept for me, coming from a clinical background, I knew we had to come up high on Google, or no one would find us. We wanted to improve our SEO ranking to get some traction; our goal was to be higher on search results, with the first page being ideal.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brand Vision helps us with SEO. They did an audit of the site, set up keywords for us, and did some backend work. They also added contact information and video graphics to improve the site’s aesthetic.

Additionally, the team encouraged us to start a blog and has given us tools to improve our headlines and check what people are searching for. They’ve also provided us with more strategies, such as linking to our Instagram, where we post a lot. Brand Vision has recently done another audit of our site.

We found them through Wix — Brand Vision is an official partner. I was flooded with messages as soon as I indicated I was interested in SEO. I chose Brand Vision because they sounded knowledgeable, and I appreciated their promptness.

So far, we’ve spent about $500–$600. The project is small because my site only has 6–8 pages.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. I’ll touch base with them periodically to do SEO audits as I add more pages to our site and blog.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Brand Vision’s work, we’ve been getting more traffic on our site. Before we started working with them, we were on the second page in search results, and now, we’re ranking in the first page, at number two — that’s a huge improvement.

The team always shows initiative, even with things I don’t ask for, such as giving us additional tricks and strategies to improve our SEO. Brand Vision is also really accommodating. They did an audit of our incomplete website and then came back to audit the completed site without us even asking, which was really nice.

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication with them is top-notch – it couldn’t be better. My conversations with Arman are very concise, and he always gets back to me quickly with everything and answers all my questions, which is great.

Email is my preferred communication medium, and Brand Vision is always really prompt with responses. Initially, we emailed every couple of days because I had many questions, and now we have a regular check-in every couple of months. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m very happy with Brand Vision’s results, considering that SEO is an ongoing process, and my niche is very specific. My husband is also interested in SEO for his company, and I’ve told him how happy I’ve been with my experience with Brand Vision. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There isn’t really anything they need to improve. The only issue we’ve had was a misunderstanding when they tested a blog for SEO. They put a generic blog up for tests; I happened to log on and thought they were permanently adding it to the site. The issue was due to my lack of knowledge, though. I have nothing negative to say about Brand Vision.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to ask questions about what they’re doing and why. Brand Vision is always happy to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand.

Like I’ve said earlier, I’m not that knowledgeable with techy stuff, so Sam has really made the entire situation a lot less stressful by being someone whom I can trust to take care of this project.

Our goal with social media marketing and advertising was to increase brand awareness. So far, we have seen 250% increase in our reach and 65% increase in leads. These numbers are increasing every day.

Once a week, we had a zoom meeting to go over the analytics and discuss the results. They would constantly optimize our ads for better results.

We were looking for a brand new design for our website. We contacted them and quickly they got back to us. I really appreciated the speed of their work and their quick responses. We scheduled a meeting to go over our goals and our expectations. They delivered a sketch of the website on Sigma, and we went back and forth to perfect the design. From there it was a very smooth process since they developed the exact design that they provided. Our website was designed on Figma, and developed on the Wix platform.

They delivered a beautiful design for our website and developed the website perfectly with some animations on the home page. My team and I loved everything we received from Brand Vision.

When I decided to sell products on Amazon, I took an E-Commerce course to help me build my business from scratch . In the unit that taught how to build a website they mentioned Brand Vision as a very reputable company to hire if we needed help to create one - and that was me - didn't have a clue.

Because I didn't know anything about or how to creating a website, I gave him "Carte Blanche" on the creation. And at each stage of the process he would send me a link to review and when I had suggestions for some changes or additions, he would do them and vice versa.

I have had a lot of complimentd on the look of the website. For customers to buy my product they must go through my website or directly through Amazon. The product has been selling, thanks to the website.

The manager was very polite and very easy to work with. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I was very impress with the knowledge they had on making a website and what was even more impressive was the learning experience I got. Now I'm able to add products, add text, add images, and so on. For me, if and when I can learn new things, they win my vote.

I'm not knowledgeable enough in this area to be able to offer anything different. I am very appreciative for all the work done on my website and I love my webbsite. I know that if I ever need help in the future, they would be willing - without hesitation - to help me out. I would recommend this company and this project manager to anyone who's looking to create a website of their own.
