Additionally, they went above and beyond by creating a data science model to predict our sales. This forecasting feature was not part of the original scope, but Cyberovo provided it to us without any extra charges. As mentioned earlier, Cyberovo provided additional services beyond what was agreed upon, including sales forecasting and facilitating communication with one of our vendors to tackle data processing challenges that we would have struggled with as a non-technical team. In other words, they are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
