For what projects/services did your company hire Encaptechno, and what were your goals?
We hired Encaptechno to build out our customer portal. Because our consulting service is a unique subscription based model, we leverage many of the Zoho ONE suite of products to fulfil our use case. As such, we needed a customer portal to be built in Zoho Creator that was properly integrated on the back end with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books/Subscriptions, Zoho Bookings, & Zoho Meetings.

After presenting our need to several similar consulting firms in the space, Encaptechno was the only firm that provided my team with confidence that they could deliver the end result we were seeking, and their quote was reasonable & affordable.

The SOW was to build an interface or app that integrates multiple Zoho ONE platforms into a single simplified customer portal that would allow our customers to schedule meetings, update their payment information, and manage their profile information. The integrations required facilitated any changes a customer makes on their end into our CRM.

We worked with a primary Project Manager, Ankur, and a primary system developers, Simran.
I cannot say this loud or often enough - both of these individuals are fantastic at their jobs and did everything in their power to make us happy, and they succeeded! When critical errors & functionality issues arose during system testing, they kept a level head and did everything in their power to ensure we received a fully operational system we are 100% happy with.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
While we will have more feedback soon as we publicly launch next week, the initial intro and use of the system by beta clients has been well received and seems to be a success thus far!

Primary Communication Method: Email
Primary Meeting Medium: Zoom or Zoho Meetings AVG
Meeting Frequency: Usually about once per week but we would meet multiple times if we needed to based upon the deliverables that were outlined in the previous meeting.
Communication Frequency: We were notified via email anytime a discussed or proposed timeline was going to be delayed or changed as frequently as those instances occurred.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
After the success of our first project, we plan to grant the second phase of our systems development to Encaptechno because they are adaptable and dependable. When Zoho's platform was literally being pushed to it's limit because of the unique use case and system scope, Encaptechno's team wasn't even phased.
Ankur & Simran collaborated with several of Zoho's internal engineering teams on multiple occasions because while the Encaptecho team's code, integrations, and system functions were correct from a syntax prospective, Zoho's actual platform bugs were preventing many things in our portal from working correctly.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It is our belief that the Encaptechno team did everything in their power to ensure we were/are 100% happy and satisfied with the projects outcome. The few timeline delays & short dis-satisfaction felt during the entire process was directly related to critical issues we identified that had to be solved by Zoho's internal engineering team - and thus does not reflect the performance or abilities of Encaptechnos team.

They delivered and followed up on the changes we needed along the way. When building a huge system that will govern your organization it is important to plan. you cant plan for everything so their flexibility was very helpful

Not really. Normal difficulties working with a team across the world, certain industry differences.

Encaptechno helped us develop a system that allowed us to collect project data from customers all over the world and to efficiently process the data. Rabia and the team worked with us from the very beginning, spending several weeks just on requirement definition.
What was the team composition?
The team was composed of a project manager, a lead developer, a team of supporting developers, and a UI/UX designer.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The system that we created dramatically improved the efficiency of our team, especially in terms of how we collect information from our customers.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The project management was very effective. Rabia, the project manager, actually visited our facility at the beginning of the project and spent a week working with us to define our requirements.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The main strength of this team is their project management capability. They spent a lot of time up front helping us define requirements in the context of the Zoho system's capabilities. Additionally they were able to pivot quickly when requirements changed which is critical when developing something so new.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There is not much room for improvement. The most important thing is to document requirements clearly up front and communicate with each other if these change.
The fully functioning portal developed by Encaptechno received positive feedback from beta test clients. This was made possible by the team's close collaboration with Zoho engineers. They were adaptable to a unique project scope and reliably addressed any issues that arose during development.
