Cyberovo transformed our data flow, creating a centralized source of truth for our reports. Previously, we were limited by manual data downloads and had a hard time utilizing it. Since we do not have an IT department, data processing was time-consuming and we failed to make any data-driven decisions. Our goal was to optimize our workflow and visualize our sales data on informative dashboards. 

Cyberovo promptly understood the challenges we faced. They examined our existing data and reports and even talked to our POS provider to get access to their API. They built a data mining pipeline from scratch, creating a comprehensive dashboard that enabled us not only to track sales but also forecast future revenue. This allowed us to efficiently plan staffing requirements for specific days. 

As a result, Cyberovo delivered: 

• A centralized database 
• Ad hoc reports generated at a click's notice 
• Comprehensive dashboards accessible online

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We engaged Cyberovo to build a dashboard that would display real-time data updated on a daily basis. They delivered a solution that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, they went above and beyond by creating a data science model to predict our sales. This forecasting feature was not part of the original scope, but Cyberovo provided it to us without any extra charges

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Although our project was relatively small, Cyberovo handled all communications with us through Slack and Trello boards. This allowed us to monitor the tasks they were working on and keep track of progress easily. We were impressed that everything was delivered before the deadlines. They assigned 1 analyst to this project and Sergei (the CEO) was also involved as a project manager. So, we mostly communicated with 2 people.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As mentioned earlier, Cyberovo provided additional services beyond what was agreed upon, including sales forecasting and facilitating communication with one of our vendors to tackle data processing challenges that we would have struggled with as a non-technical team. In other words, they are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. Furthermore, they took the time to explain technical nuances to us, which helped us better understand the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cyberovo could have done differently?

We did not encounter any issues while working with Cyberovo. Their pricing was reasonable, and their communication was excellent.
