They followed a tailored agile methodology. It is evident that they prioritize people over processes. They were transparent with me every step of the way, they were collaborative and flexible. They delivered releases on time and they prioritized my time-sensitive requests whenever possible.

However, they did not sacrifice quality just for the sake of a deployment milestone.
