Scope of Work: Strategize, create, test, and deploy an Educational AI Agent within our proprietary Learning Management System.

Deliverables:

• User-facing UX within our current Learning Management System environment
• Internal-facing UX for Content Creators
• Structure to upload & manage industry-specific reference materials to be used as the Agent Knowledge Base
• Compliance-ready gating and guardrails for the AI Agent to avoid infererence and hallucination by the Agent
• Testing and deployment of the AI Agent into our production environment

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Fully functional AI Knowledge Expert interface. Meaningful increase in customer and employee satisfaction ratings specifically tied to learners' ability to meet and exceed the outcomes they required when using our Learning Management System. Increased ease of access to technical information and concepts. Users report that the learning environment is now more enjoyable and that information can be found and consumed in less time and with more precise results.

The Fabled Team delivered our project on time, and the responsiveness to our needs during the project was second-to-none. Excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing that impressed us most about Fabled was the entire Team's willingness to understand our unique industry challenges/perspective as they approached the project. The solution they delivered was completely customized to meet these unique needs. They were all committed to understanding our industry and delivering a solution that fit.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fabled Solutions could have done differently?

We were impressed throughout the project. If we were to give one piece of constructive feedback is that UAT deployments for testing could have been communicated more clearly, but this was a very small factor.

I’m the director of administration at First Canadian Financial Group. We provide life, disability, mechanical breakdown, and vehicle protection insurance products, primarily serving the automotive and recreational vehicle industry across Canada.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fabled Solutions?

We needed support to develop a web application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fabled Solutions has built a highly robust menu-selling sales tool for us. The team has also built several other web applications to fit into our suite of dealership-facing sales tools. Fabled Solutions has navigated a complex system of province-specific regulatory and tax rules. The team has accommodated our extensive list of products and forms and the different combinations that they are offered in depending on vehicle type (auto, RV, powersports) or dealership location. The product has gained complexity steadily over time as our business has evolved.

Currently, the tool allows each client to have a library of custom-built bundles that can be presented to clients in-house or remotely. The tool also allows clients to further customize those bundles to suit individual buyer preferences, with all changes updated in real-time for buyers throughout the sales process. Clients can customize the way bundles and products are presented or how they are accepted and declined by buyers. The completed deal data flows seamlessly back into our system for certificate generation.

We work with five teammates from Fabled Solutions.

How did you come to work with Fabled Solutions?

Our director of technology conducted an online search and then interviewed a variety of local development teams to find the one that could accommodate our needs the best.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent more than $500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Fabled Solutions in April 2017, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our project has been a success, and our clients see a significant boost in sales when utilizing the tool compared to deals where it’s not used. Feedback has been positive. The tool’s adoption increases annually, and the per-deal profit is significantly higher when the tool is used.

How did Fabled Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Fabled Solutions has supported us when we’ve needed changes made with tight timelines and has always met deadlines. We communicate via email and frequent meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fabled Solutions is extremely client-focused, open, creative, and innovative. The team is excellent at understanding a client’s problem and finding customized, elegant solutions. Fabled Solutions is skilled at understanding a challenge and coming up with unique and ingenious solutions. The team takes our ideas and enhances them into more efficient and elegant designs.

They followed a tailored agile methodology. They were transparent with me every step of the way. They were collaborative and flexible and responded to my needs, input, and requests. There were delays with the project but these were communicated throughout the process.
