I’m the CTO of a logistics and fleet company. We provide drivers with cars.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enyata?

We wanted to launch our product to the market. We couldn’t do this in-house because we had limited resources. We brought on Enyata to get things going quickly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our vehicle management system and an Android app using Java.

What is the team composition?

I had touchpoints with a project manager and occasionally with their CTO.

How did you come to work with Enyata?

They were recommended to us.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from February–June 2020. We’ve moved the resources in-house now.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The solutions work well and met expectations. Their speed is great.

How did Enyata perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through phone calls and WhatsApp. They had scheduled demos throughout the project to show what they had built so far.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The accuracy in which they quickly understood what we were trying to build was very impressive. We needed to get to market quickly, and they accurately executed and achieved that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Communication could have been better at times. There were a few times when we weren’t on the same page. We had to come back and do some face-to-face meetings to touch base and ensure everyone was on the same page.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure they have your full requirements before they start. Having a full understanding between both sides will benefit the entire engagement. Don’t generalize but rather be specific in your scope.
