I am the Co-founder and our company sells naturally derived hair products.

We hired elegant designs for our Mobile Apps (Android and iOS) and for our E-Commerce website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to make Mobile Apps tailored to our loyal customers, and expand the e-commerce capability.

We selected them due to positive comments from our colleagues.

In our initial meeting we spoke about our vision and business goals. We then worked on a business plan. Once we were able to solidify our goals, we discussed the features and capabilities that we needed our products to have. We were supplied with some recommended initial designs. Wireframing, and designing of the UI/UX was done next, and once we were happy with the results they proceeded to code the desired softwares. This stage took close to two months. We are in the testing phase currently and we are very happy with the results.

What was the team composition?

Their project manager served as our main point of contact, and most communication was made through him.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had to change our software company midway and the difference between the companies was very significant, we had much more progress within a week than we did for 2 months with the other company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed working with him. He provided us frequent updates through phone and email and always promptly responded to us. Overall, I was really impressed with the smooth workflow of everything, I had a very positive experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Throughout the partnership, Elegant Designs was very responsive and transparent. The tasks were completed in a timely manner, and the stages of the project was communicated very well. The teams extensive knowledge in the field was also impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were very satisfied with their work and can’t comment on additional improvements that can be made.

We have worked with a project manager, a graphic designer, a photographer, and developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our sales have increased. Also, because the website has a built-in platform, we no longer have to pay monthly fees for other e-commerce platforms. The site has boosted our visibility and enabled us to build lasting relationships with other industry businesses.

We anticipate that the mobile app will enhance brand recognition and increase product visibility in the market.

The project manager ensured every team member was on the same page. We have been very pleased with their team coordination.
