      I can have ideas and describe them via Internet the best I can. They surprised me by coming up with some better ideas than I thought. Others were not exactly what I was looking for. It's important to have pictures and be as descriptive as much as possible so nothing is missed. Also, I have my contact person there, who relays everything to their development and design teams. Some things got slightly lost in translation as it went through the communication chain. It was usually close, and it was rectified right away. If there were any situations when something was missed a couple of times, we had a Web conference where we could all talk to each other. We set it up, and everybody got on the same page.
