So when in my new company we had a need to involve people with blockchain expertise it was no brainer for me to reach out to the CML Team first.

CML Team built a set of microservices that allow fans to support their clubs by buying club tokens. The first microservice works with stripe and processes payments. The second one is a scalable and robust web3 integration that manages the organization's master wallets, controls club tokens, and provides a process of safety transferring tokens. Finally, a token builder serves for deploying and controlling tokens, including minting, burning, etc.

I’m a co-founder at FYNTS, a marketing space startup that helps retailers build omnichannel strategies via a mobile app. Our platform allows customers to digitize their inventories and do ads. The app can be downloaded by existing and future customers. I’m responsible for developing the FYNTS mobile app; I essentially take on the role of product manager.

Our team initially approached CML with some ideas and mock-ups, and then they made proposals for the UI/UX design and backend of the app. 

We’re still working on the app, and CML is working on our marketing strategies. For core features, the app helps people find local shops and products. A retailer can use this app for marketing their store and products on a location-based advertising model. The platform is available on iOS and Android devices.

We’ve worked with two full stack developers, one QA specialist, and a project manager.

The original budget for this project is $50,000 — right now, we’ve invested around half of that.

There aren’t any hard data available yet since we’re still in the rollout phase.

We’re happy with CML’s project management skills. They meet deadlines and budgets. If they need to do extra work, they’re transparent about what that means in terms of additional fees. Overall, their work has been fair and transparent — they’re spot on. 

Moreover, when we encounter bugs or crashes, they respond quickly. Whenever we have a  problem, we give the team a description of what has happened. They then direct the issue to either their directors or QA managers. 

In terms of tools, we use Jira, along with the classic agile development approach. To communicate, we use Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.

CML has done a good job of understanding what we want. On top of that, their communication is highly efficient and effective.

No, there aren’t any. We’re super happy with CML.

If you already have a rough outline of what you want, share it upfront with CML. The team can quickly pick things up and understand what the outline is about. You can prepare mock-ups or formalize your ideas through a PowerPoint presentation. These things have truly helped us get them up to speed quickly.

They had strong expertise in the FinTech domain, permanent care about solution security, full automation deployment process, strong review process that allows do not loose quality while our terrible number of change requests .

They built a nice working piece of software which we use on a daily base. It standardised and streamlined a labour intensive part of our work.

We are an it company ourselves with skilful developers but they were not able to build what the guys of CML built. Also it gave me confidence that the CVO was able to speak about our wishes in an abstract and analytic way.

During the process there were some changes in the development team and I think that the handover to the new team could have been done better
