Based in Geneva, Switzerland, our company is an official wholesale distributor of luxury goods across Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia. We specialize in distributing high-end products such as watches, jewelry, accessories, cigars, and caviar. Our mission is to introduce new products to these markets and support emerging brands in establishing and expanding their presence.

Metasys delivered all our projects on time, making the process simple and easy for us. They listened to our needs and future ideas, made proposals, and once we agreed, provided a timeline and a quote. Their cost has always been reasonable nd adapted to the type of project. We never had a sense they took advantage of a situation where urgency was an issue

They are always available for us, treating us with respect and courtesy. Their ability to translate business needs into coding and software is impressive. With deep knowledge and a willingness to listen, they patiently accommodate our often disorganized ideas. We hold them and their business culture in high regard.

there is not much we can add for improvement as the MetaSys Software team is extremely professional and flexible in adapting to new situations as they occur and open to suggestions to improve the communication flow.
