Can you please provide a brief description of your company or your mobile app?
Visitabo is a company that develops travel guides for mobile devices. We have developed more than 80 apps for IOS, Android and Windows.
What role do you play there?
I’m the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Was there a business challenge your company was facing or problem that you were trying to solve with this platform?
We had the challenge of finding an app creation platform, template and structure that would allow us to create as many app as possible with a minimal monetary investment. All of the apps that we have made so far have been developed with the platform created by Mobincube.
How does your company implement this platform?
All of our content including texts, photos, and images are placed in a content repository. After defining the structure and developing the app template, we created a specific software to transfer the contents of our repository into each field of the database associated to the template of each new app. Every time we want to create a new travel guide, we create an XTML file with all of the content and through Mobincube, we are able to automatically transfer the content into an app.
Was your company considering other platforms? Why this platform?
Yes, we did consider other platforms in Spain, but Mobincube was the only one that allowed us to create this automatic publishing system. Also, Mobincube was the platform that offered us the possibility of integrating the most features into our apps.
On an annual or monthly basis, how much does your company spend to utilize the platform?
During the first year, when we were creating all of the apps, we used it every day, several hours per day. Later, when we had to update the content of the apps, we used Mobincube an average of one week per month. Currently, we use it to add improvements or recommendations sent by the users, without a regular calendar, but for each travel guide app, we work to update them every six months.
Can you share any success stories or overall results of your implementation of this platform?
Without a high-quality platform, like Mobincube, we would not have been able to develop such high-quality apps, with a relatively low investment. Therefore, part of our company´s success is based on our use of Mobincube.
Were there any software features that you were really impressed by?
We believe that the core of the platform is impressive. Among all the features Mobincube offers, the most outstanding is the ability to duplicate one of our travel guides and create from it a tailor-made app for specific clients. We can fully customize a travel guide by changing its look-and-feel, modifying its contents, and adapting features, etc.
Are there any areas of the software that you feel could be added or improved upon?
For our company, Mobincube fully covers all our needs.
Have you had to interact with the platform’s support team or reference their support resources?
During the first stage of our company, we had a special relationship with Mobincube. I interacted closely with Mobincube´s team in Valencia during the first year. I visited their office often to develop the template and software. Once this first stage of development was completed, our relationship with Mobincube has been the same as other users; we only get in touch with their support team when we have technical problems.

Four. This is because when we started to use Mobincube in 2013, it was more difficult to use, but ease of use is something Mobincube has substantially improved over time.
