We had an old e-commerce site for our primary brand that was obsolete because it was built using Magento 1. JPLoft stepped in to assist us redesign and convert our site to a Magento 2-based platform, with an emphasis on the user experience.

JPLoft built a platform that relied on a massive database to store the material and partner information we had gathered from three separate websites. In addition to site conversion, their team implemented product-filtering functionality to provide our consumers with more personalized search results.

Their efforts have increased our B2C sales – our new e-commerce site saw a 400% increase in site traffic, and we continue to see progressive growth month after month. Overall, we are very delighted with what JPLoft has been providing.

JPLoft took responsibility of developing our platform, beginning with a rigorous three to four-week process to specify requirements, identify core services, and build the architecture. After this phase was completed, they effortlessly transitioned into the implementation stage with a dedicated team. The development process took around seven months from idea to launch, using a Python tech stack, React for the frontend, and AWS for hosting. 
Our solution, a configurable button that non-profits can easily add into their websites, launches a hosted experience either within a lightbox on their site or via a dedicated tab. Although it was built primarily for desktop use, it is also capable of adapting to mobile interfaces. JPLoft is currently building our platform with new features while providing support through DevOps, QA, and architectural expertise. Their support with release management and maintenance of our production, staging, and development environments has been crucial.
