We hired TRIARE, LLC to develop an end-user mobile application and supporting web platform for building surveys for our field services branch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The main deliverables consisted of a mobile app for iOS and Android and a web-based application for administrators to build surveys and collect data. The mobile application was designed so the field technician could check in and out of jobs, submit survey deliverables along with photographic evidence and notes. The web application was designed to build surveys, view completed deliverables, and control user access. TRIARE, LLC handled both the design and development of these applications.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they demonstrated strong competency in the interview sessions.

We worked together from January to August 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

During the development stage, we had clear objectives for each two-week sprint. We discussed the progress of these in our biweekly meetings to confirm the progress and prepare for the next sprint. At each phase, we had either new prototypes to verify or, in some cases, working versions in a staging environment. We measured progress and success by the completion of sprint deliverables and through testing and confirmation of the deliverables.

How did TRIARE, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Almost all sprint deliverables were completed on time and to our satisfaction. There were only a few occasions where things were delayed and had to move to the next sprint. Some of those delays were on our internal development side, and only a handful were TRIARE, LLC’s issues. Overall, they had strong project management. Alex was very thorough, led his team well, and ensured timely delivery. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing was the confidence TRIARE, LLC came to the table with for design and development. They were also very strong in delivering on what they said and communicating when there were challenges or changes needed.

Triare was handed a difficult task––to step in and take over updating and maintaining a mobile app alread created by another developer (previous developer left suddenly to take another positions. This required Triare reverse enginer the app while working from scant and incomplete documentarion. Triare was able to understand the previous developers work and take bring our app up to date per requirements of Apple App and Google Play stores.

Our subscription app is still available for download on both app stores and we're soon to launch with new ecommerce features.

We, at Stadami, hired TRIARE LLC to develop the entire platform from scratch, including the mobile apps and backend. The only exception is that the KYC/compliance backend is handled on our side. TRIARE was responsible for the frontend, backend (except KYC), API integrations, and all technical implementation.

1. Full Mobile App Development (iOS & Android) from Zero:
TRIARE built two separate applications: Stadami Trainer and Stadami Client.
They designed and developed all screens, flows, and interactions for both apps from scratch.
This included creating the booking process, session management, profile setup, notifications, and communication between clients and trainers.
TRIARE integrated the apps with our backend APIs.
2. Full Backend Development (Except KYC Backend):
TRIARE created the complete backend for our platform, including:

The marketplace architecture
The booking engine, including requests, confirmations, cancellations, group sessions, and timing rules
Geolocation check-ins for training sessions
Payout logic and trainer status processing (integrated with Stripe)
Referral tracking, trainer activation, and CRM synchronization
The only backend task not handled by TRIARE was our KYC/identity verification, which we handle internally.

3. Stripe Connect Custom Integration (Backend + Frontend by TRIARE):
TRIARE implemented the entire Stripe integration within the mobile apps and backend.
This includes handling payouts, processing trainer status, account verification, and IBAN validation.
While KYC verification is processed on our side, TRIARE seamlessly integrated it into the Stripe flow within the app.
4. Online Training Integration:
TRIARE integrated Google Meet into the platform for online sessions.
This included generating meeting links, session countdowns, and automatic reminders for both trainers and clients.
5. Continuous Development, QA & Support:
TRIARE delivered regular feature releases and updates to improve the platform.
They performed QA testing for each release and provided continuous bug fixes, optimizations, and performance monitoring.
Technical improvements were implemented to ensure the platform's scalability as we expand across Spain and the EU.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the new version of our platform built with TRIARE, we have seen several clear and measurable indicators of progress:

1. Successful launch of two production-ready mobile apps:
Both the Trainer and Client apps were released to the App Store and Google Play and are now used daily by real users across Spain.

2. Stable technical performance and core functionality working end-to-end:
All critical marketplace flows—booking, scheduling, payments logic, online training, and referrals—are now operating reliably in production.

3. Significant growth of verified users and active trainers
After the launch, we onboarded:

Over 1,000 registered clients, and
More than 300 trainers, including real active profiles using the platform.
This was not possible before the system was rebuilt.

4. Zero critical production failures during scaling:
Despite rapid user growth, the apps and backend remained stable, which was one of our main objectives.

5. Activation of booking logic and successful real sessions:
We have completed successful tests of:

individual and group sessions
Google Meet online sessions
geolocation check-ins
cancellation and confirmation flows
These features are now live and used by our community.

6. Fully integrated payout infrastructure:
Stripe Connect Custom integration enables us to manage trainer payouts and account statuses in a structured, automated way.

7. Operational efficiency for our internal team:
Thanks to stable API integration and system logic, our sales, support, and CRM teams can now work with real data and automate onboarding and follow-up processes. 

Overall, the measurable outcome is that we moved from a concept stage to a fully functioning, stable, scalable platform with real users, real trainers, and real bookings, which is a major milestone for our launch in Spain.

Our platform is expanding quickly, and having a bit more development capacity at certain moments would allow us to handle tasks in parallel and accelerate more complex updates when needed.

As the platform becomes more sophisticated, having a bit more documentation around specific features could also make alignment even smoother and help everyone stay in sync without requiring additional clarification.

These are not issues at all—simply friendly suggestions that could make an already great collaboration even more efficient as we continue growing together. Overall, these points are natural adjustments for a long-term partnership. TRIARE has always been constructive, open to feedback, and willing to adapt whenever we needed a change.

Triare worked with us for many months designing the site on Figma initially.  They then developed the site and worked with us to make the complex task a reality.  Allowing users to create accounts and create architecture where information is saved and displayed on bar graphs was important.  They also created a page that lets users upload pictures of receipts and tip screens with an individual chat for each post.

We were very impressed with their project management from the initial interview.  Meetings were ongoing, and they always let us know when we would be in-touch next and what they're working on.  Triare delivered items on time.  We constantly changed things, and they worked with us to get the site how we wanted it to look and perform, so our timeline was longer than we expected, but it's because we kept adding complex features or thought of something new that we wanted.  Google Sheets were also created for us to discuss any problems, questions, bugs, improvements, etc.  They also figured out solutions and are definitely customer oriented.

I’m the director of Torah Learning Resources Limited or iTorah, a religious organization that promotes Jewish resources. We have audio and video lectures from community speakers from the Syrian Jewish community and many other resources to study the Talmud, among other Jewish subjects. Think of it as TED.com, but specifically for Jews. We also have resources for a religious educational platform.

My company's website has been running for over 20 years. In fact, I was just a user of the company's website, not an employee. However, I came into the project a few years ago when I contacted the company's president and asked him if he was interested in developing an app since it was much needed. I mentioned that twenty years ago, people didn’t really use apps, but now they are more prevalent, especially for educational projects like this.

As I said, I reached out to him, and he was interested. That makes me, basically, the app's donor. So, we set out to find developers who could help us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TRIARE, LLC has helped us develop and design our educational app. We first engaged them to clean up the previous developers' work. Then, I asked them to fix bugs and develop complicated features I didn't trust the last team to do, like importing documents to read alongside the audio.

Initially, the team presented an already developed app and invited us to customize it as we liked. After that, we enlisted around 30–50 different features we wanted to add to the app. Among them, I can highlight media player improvements, search and content implementation, and a real-time listening feature that reads aloud pages of the Talmud as the user reads them on a PDF on screen.

We have used key technologies like Flutter for iOS and Android for cross-platform development. We have just finished phase two with them and we’ll be moving into phase three soon. Not to mention, we've also tasked them with restructuring the entire website's backend. That project is ongoing.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 5–10 people. I started off with Gregory, the project manager, but Anton replaced him. I’ve only been working with Anton for a month.

How did you come to work with TRIARE, LLC?

I placed several filters on Clutch and reviewed a few dozen companies I emailed and met with. TRIARE, LLC came out on top.

We actually hired TRIARE, LLC after a previous disappointing experience. We had engaged another group of developers for the project's first phase, but I was unsatisfied with them. They charged us for four months of work, and then it took them 16 months to complete the work. They were slow and unprofessional, and the app was buggy. So, we engaged TRIARE, LLC for the project's second phase.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TRIARE, LLC has successfully developed the agreed-upon application and added complex features. The app is live, and we have a 4.9-star rating on the App Store for iOS and close to 800 ratings. So far, we have had around 15,000 downloads and added many features to the app.

Now, people can learn and download lectures on the go. The increased traffic comes from our own marketing efforts, but it's worth mentioning that we've perceived enhanced user satisfaction.

How did TRIARE, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

To make a timeline comparison, the initial developers’ updates to add new features could take a month. TRIARE, LLC can do it in a week. In fact, when the other company did it in a month, they introduced new bugs, and now TRIARE, LLC does it cleanly.

Regarding project management, I should mention that I have one full-time job and four other jobs. One of the most difficult things about working with the original developers was that they needed hand-holding, and I didn’t have time for that. TRIARE, LLC has managed the project well and is fast and communicative, which makes it easier for a busy person like me to run my day-to-day operations.

They’re very transparent about staying on budget, which is unusual for development companies. Typically, software development companies are vague about their pricing structure. However, TRIARE, LLC sends a document with how many hours each task will take, and they break it down in a detailed way. For instance, if we want to add a feature, they’ll give us three different columns. They’ll say design will take this amount of hours, development will take these hours, and bug research will take these hours, too. It's all very clear.

In terms of communication, we use Google Meet and WhatsApp if needed. We have an Asana board with all these different tasks, and we've communicated through Slack to discuss the features and bugs we've wanted them to implement into the app.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review? 

Anton has been really good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses me the most about them is their professionalism and work ethic. They’re well-organized, structured, and communicative. I can only work with companies that run professionally since I have so many projects that I’m juggling simultaneously. I don’t have the extra time to correct people or make up for their mistakes. This is why I appreciate their professionalism. TRIARE, LLC has truly been a partner.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, they're pretty good. Nonetheless, when I make design suggestions, I like to have a bit more back and forth rather than just implementing what I say. I like to have an overarching professional design opinion where they sometimes disagree with me. It’s not a major issue, but it’s a slight thing that has led me to bring in my designer occasionally.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

TRIARE, LLC works on a professional level, and they expect their clients to operate in a professional manner as well. Engage them if your operations are well-run, not if you’re all over the place. They like to work with companies that operate similarly to them, so consider that.

Weekly sprints were completed on time and discussed and tested. The timeline of the project was reviewed regularly and openly. The adoption rate and feedback during beta testing has been very positive, proving that Triare has built an excellent product that works efficiently and to spec.
