Our objective was to build a destination app for the cultural hub of Mountain Village, Colorado. Its stated purpose was to serve as a digital guidebook to Mountain Village and vehicle for promoting its businesses, amenities, events, resources and lifestyle. Our intention behind the project was to educate, involve and entertain residents and tourists alike about Mountain Village. 
We wanted to make enjoying all Mountain Village amenities and experiences as easy, convenient, and memorable as possible in an effort to facilitate the long term economic and cultural vitality of our town. The Mountain Village App was created to achieve this end. 

Codecross was essential in this process as we held many interdepartmental team meetings to perform beta testing and troubleshoot any complications that arose during development.

Codecross was an incredible development partner. They were extremely organized and meticulous in their project management. They were excellent problem solvers; they repurposed their previous professional experience to our project when confronted with challenges in our development process. They were quite timely and productive overall. 
As our particular project involved collaborating with multiple third-party software companies, our biggest obstacles appeared when coordinating complex interfaces between various applications. This ended up delaying our launch significantly, however, this was not entirely on Codecross and often a result of our dependency on other partners.

I came to Codecross with an idea drawn out on sheets of paper with a traced iPhone for each 'wireframe" since I didn't know how to design them myself. I spoke with them and explained what I wanted in the first meeting by showing them each sheet of paper and sent them over.i was very nervous because the meeting went very fast and I didn't think I had explained myself well enough.

A week later I was presented with digital wireframes and an proposal for exactly what I wanted. I was beyond impressed! From there we had weekly calls and I was kept very updated on everything that was going on. once developed they gave good guidance on stuff I missed in the original design and were very easy to work with on updates and maintenance. we are currently adding additional features into the app and I am very happy with how its going.

After a lengthy meeting, CodeCross created a SOW with a projected completion date. We continued back and forth from there till we came up with a fantastic design. After that, we moved on to the development stage and worked through the remaining bugs and adjustments. We utilized Figma for frontend and design tools. They provided me with other logo design concepts in the meanwhile. Before we figured out something that worked, we exchanged some ideas back and forth. 

We are currently getting close to the finish of the engagement. My perfectionism has led me to seek a few small improvements, which we are now working on. I intend to continue collaborating with CodeCross on branding and marketing initiatives.

I've shared the website with my friends, coworkers, and clients even though it's still in stealth mode. They are really impressed by it.

Some of our R&D teams have been enhanced by CodeCross. In late 2017, CodeCross began as a proof of concept (POC) project and supplied us with a data scientist, a DevOps professional, and a programmer. For our iOS team, they hired, trained, and assigned a mobile UI QA engineer. 
Our data team employs a backend engineer, while our frontend web team uses another engineer to help with web applications. Early in 2018, the group released the first version. Next, we increased the number of employees in our local data team, led by our head of data and technologies.

All we had to do was work with our CTO to develop and implement the key suggestions they made, which will help us raise ARPU/LTV and cover the backlog of ideas. We discussed the results and our strategies for the upcoming run during our weekly syncs.

Three months after debut, our ROI turned positive. We have continued to grow our marketing since then. From a product perspective, we carried out over 20 A/B testing and created or built four new features that CodeCross recommended. What we've observed:
