We began working together by conducting workshops on product design, taking into account both technical and business assumptions. The application flow, which assumed their complete working, was the most significant document produced following the workshop. We developed UX/UI designs based on this, and then we moved on to development. Choosing the best technology for our products was made possible by the technical consulting, which was really useful.

As a result, using them and developing them further in the future are now both feasible and problem-free. We occasionally needed to complete a task pertaining to their performance, and CodeCross assisted us with this.

I believe that there was too much rotation in the team, in our case Project Manager changed. For people who do not work in the field of new technologies on a daily basis, it is very important to have one trusted person to cooperate with. In the case of a development team, it is quite common for team members to change, however, sometimes the situation increases the development time and has an impact on the whole timeline of the project.

We began with a discovery phase when the PRD and ideas for a future website were created. The PRD had all the elements our old website lacked in addition to some brand-new, cutting-edge additions. The design of the website came next. Here, CodeCross excelled in providing excellent UX/UI knowledge. 

We started development as soon as the designs were accepted. Overall, this phase was divided into sprints and based on the roadmap that CodeCross had developed beforehand. Planned functionality was delivered in each sprint. June saw the launch of the redesigned website. We're now working on its second version, which requires the creation of new capabilities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the initial version was issued in June, it is premature to provide any figures. However, we can immediately observe an increase in user reaction. The website now has a lot of helpful tools, such an auto loan calculator, a catalog of spare parts, a test drive area, an automobile comparison tool, and much more, that enable us to engage new consumers and give current ones better service. Additionally, the website is still being developed, and new features are being added.

Both our procedures and communication went successfully. Dmytro, the project manager, was the primary person with whom I spoke, and he was able to fully and promptly respond to all of my inquiries and demands.

First and foremost, it's their methodology: they consistently surpass our expectations while also delivering on their promises. When I worked with CodeCross, I could contribute very little to the project and still have everything go smoothly. 

Furthermore, their design techniques and experience are of the highest caliber. They have assessed our requirements and given us a creative, useful, and easy-to-use website design. I can see how amazing their work is when I look at the website we made today.

As of right now, I'm happy with the project's progress in terms of deliverables, teamwork, process, and communication. The fact that we used CodeCross to go to the second iteration is proof positive.

Create tools for Android and Windows OS that retrieve non-HTTP traffic. The first four months' work focused on technology discovery and proof of concept, with the aim of developing the software during the remaining eight months. The tools and developer guide documentation were the main deliverables, and a variety of non-HTTP traffic-obtaining technologies were employed.

Since we are working online from different area, communication speed and trustable are one of crucial issues that we forces on. The team is well experienced in management projects. That effort avoided avoidable miscommunication and achieve smooth project running in outcome.

Naturally, it was a little more difficult to understand each other than in our native tongue because we speak a second language, particularly during conference calls. The meeting would benefit from nonverbal communication (response and gesture), but voice and text are sufficient. If we could advise all members to turn on the camera as a basic courtesy and respect for one another's privacy, that would be great.

They usually receive a product requirements sheet from us, and they have been efficient in putting the features we required into place. They have also been working on refactoring projects to improve the performance and maintainability of our back end products. CodeCross' restructuring initiatives have made it possible for us to retain highly skilled workers for more recent projects that are essential to our company's expansion.

The CodeCross team has made it possible for us to offer a ton of new functionality on the back end. In the past, the CodeCross team has taken on very significant tasks like technical debt and performance enhancement projects, which have taken time away from developers working on new features. Our platform is now more reliable and easier to manage thanks to CodeCross' efforts, which has also freed up the rest of our team to work fast on other new features that the user will see. 
The developers have increased our teams' throughput and expertise on the mobile front. The specialized knowledge that the mobile developers brought about device integration and video streaming made it possible for our teams to work much more quickly than they otherwise would have.

We do not have to deal with that because CodeCross supplied PM resources for our back end staff. The group may function quite independently with our only input being the requirements. We keep in regular contact to assess the team's development. We communicate a lot via Slack, but we also frequently hold video conversations when it makes sense. The team completes work at a very rapid pace, therefore the largest "problem" we have is keeping the backlog of assignments full. 
Timelines are excellent. We have directly connected the mobile engineers with our teams, so we assign tasks and set priorities for them using our internal management resources. Due to the fact that many of the CodeCross developers are located in different time zones, our mobile teams have found success with Slack. The developers have been incredibly responsive despite the time difference, and all of our teams believe that communication has been excellent.

I have two preferences regarding CodeCross. The first is the caliber of the applicants they were able to locate for us. The developers have been excellent; they all immediately became proficient with our code and were able to contribute without needing a lengthy "ramp-up" time. The candidates have also demonstrated an ability to impart knowledge and improve the skills of our other developers. My second favorite thing about CodeCross is how excellent their account managers are. 
We get along well with our contacts at CodeCross and find them to be a pleasure to deal with. There's always excellent communication, and I never feel that something "falls between the cracks." Our account manager pays close attention to detail and responds quickly. Because I know that everything is being done correctly on his end, he makes things easy.

We provide a wide range of training, seminars, coaching events, and advisory services to over 2,400 practices worldwide. We aimed to develop a mobile application exclusively for our dental practice owner clients that provides them easy access to their business data.

With this app, practice owners can listen to training calls, schedule upcoming training and marketing events, and even listen to staff call recordings for training purposes. Although we already have an extensive website with training for practice owners, we wanted to make our most effective training and tools accessible through this mobile application.

• After making the app available to our internal team, we have started using it and have seen a significant increase in our internal efficiency. Codecross created native applications for Android and iOS. The app's design and development proposal was based on the market and user research they conducted through interviews at the beginning of the project. They created the app's flows, user personas, and user journeys using Figma, and built the UI/UX. 

We made the decision to proceed with them on the app's development once they finished the design stage. Codecross collaborated with our technical team to create the Android app with Kotling and the iOS app with Swift.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

CodeCross fulfilled my needs, and our teams collaborated flawlessly. Early on, we were able to observe what they was working on by gaining access to their GitHub repositories. Our engineering teams collaborated well and were a cohesive one.

They finished the project by the expected date and stayed on budget. They used monday.com for project management, and my team had access to it, although we didn’t use it. I could check what they were working on on monday.com, but we predominantly used Slack.

The Codecross team impressed me the most. I wanted a staff that has a lot of experience working together. I've come across other contracting firms whose staff hasn't collaborated as much. It is evident in their work and workflow that the team has worked together for six years. A crucial component of our project's success was the designer's understanding of what could and could not be developed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CodeCross could have done differently?

Nothing that Codecross could do better, in my opinion. Although I was concerned that we would have issues, everything worked out well and our connection was beneficial to all of us.
