Once we selected this vendor, we had a serious off meetings . In one month the mock up was ready and a few months later out first app was ready for download at the app store.

We were esign a project manager to assist us with any questions or concerns regarding the app . We received weakly sometimes daily updates from him . Now we can still contact him and he happily help us if we have an issue although the app is already done.

We are receiving very positive reviews at the app store!

Ranjeet ( our project manager) is a lovely person. Always make himself available to us, and made sure to immediately take care of any issues we had . He is very easy going and have a very calming positive perspective and personality.

I’m the owner of a food delivery app startup called Grab It.

What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?

I approached Konstant Infosolutions to build native mobile apps for iOS and Android along with an admin panel and a website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Konstant Infosolutions developed my food delivery apps from scratch as well as an admin panel. With the apps, users could choose a restaurant, place an order, and have the food delivered to their doorstep.

They initially provided me with several designs to choose from. After I selected the design, they modified the look based on my suggestions and added content such as my company’s information, pictures, and more.

The team also created an informational website where users could learn about my company—so what we do and how the app works. There’s a link to the app stores where users can download the app.

What is the team composition? 

I talked to two people, including a business analyst and a technical lead. I was in a group chat with them, and they would answer any technical questions I had.

How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?

When I first started the project, I searched online for a few companies in the US and Haiti. I had originally gone with another vendor, but I wasn’t comfortable with their payment plan. They wanted me to pay upfront before even doing the app.

Then, I contacted Konstant Infosolutions who told me that I could pay as I went. That meant that every time we finished something, I would pay them instead of paying all at once.

How much have you invested with them?

It was initially supposed to cost about $4,500, but the final price went up to $5,00 because I added so many extras.

What is the status of this engagement?

Their main work lasted from December 2018–May 2019. We planned to finish in three months, but some parts took more time than others.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Both the website and apps are live, and we’re doing testing right now. I’ve gotten good feedback so far, but there are a few things that still need to be fixed like the credit card payment function. They’re well aware of this and are meant to work on it.

How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a good team to work with. They’re professional and responsive, and they know what they’re doing. Whenever I have concerns, they contact me right away. And if something can’t be fixed immediately, they give me a due date and always follow up.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service is impressive. We communicate every day through Skype, instant messaging, and email. After they finish a task, they send an official email to recap what we’ve done so far.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I hesitate to say that this is an issue because I’m not sure yet, but I feel like things are moving a little slower now that we’ve wrapped up. There are some things that need to be fixed before we launch, but it’s been a few days, and I’m still waiting.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate with them every day. Ask for dates even if they’re still working on a task, and just follow up with them.

Although we were far apart geographically, it seemed like they were right around the corner. They were always there when I had questions or suggestions, and we had a free flow of ideas. The development team helped me and offered constructive advice.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're good, honest people who deliver what they promise. I was originally nervous about dealing with a company so far away, but getting in touch with them was never an issue. I've dealt with companies in my own city that weren’t nearly as accessible as them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly, they handled everything beautifully.

I’m the creative director of JMK Holdings. We're a network of e-commerce websites specializing in wedding rings and jewelry. I oversee all web development projects, imagery, and creative assets.

We needed to migrate our .ASP website onto a Magento M2 platform. We also wanted to update our mobile design to be more user-friendly.

We set out to improve our website’s speed and UX/UI, as well as migrate our data. Additionally, we wanted to increase our conversion rate dramatically to reach industry standards.

How did you select this vendor?

We reviewed about four vendors and looked closely at past work and pricing. We’d worked with outsourcing companies in India before and had good experiences.

We provided them with wireframes and a list of vendors, extensions, and functionalities for the new website. Then, they migrated the customer master and product master. I was available to answer any questions involving our data.

What was the team composition?

We’re unsure how many people were involved, but I think they had a team of at least five working on the project. Our project manager communicated heavily with both their project manager and lead integrator.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site design is a success, but we underestimated the data migration. We had to clean up our data heavily, and are still doing so today. There are a lot of micro-attributes and structures you need to be aware of when selling jewelry.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The time zone difference was challenging. Konstant was awake when we were asleep and vice versa, so communication was mainly through email and early morning check-ins/updates.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were able to create anything we asked for and find solutions to problems we didn’t have much knowledge of.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We could have had better initial understandings of the data migration and time zone conflicts. If they had a US office, our communication would have been less strained.

Konstant Infosolutions developed an iOS/Android social media app. The project involved a lengthy period of defining the requirements (around 7–8 months) followed by the design stage and development. The team is now working through the bugs in the initial release.

What was the team composition?

In the first half of the project, we had a project manager, a designer, and a developer. As the project progressed, they assigned a product manager, a frontend developer, and a backend developer. Kuldeep (Senior Hybrid Developer, Konstant Infosolutions) and Gopal (Software Developer, Konstant Infosultions) are excellent and highly capable developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the last few weeks, we’ve submitted the app to iTunes and Google Play and onboarded our initial users. The user feedback has been very positive on the design side. Konstant Infosolutions is now working through the minor bugs as well as a major bug with one of the core functionalities. I’m hopeful and positive that the team will do their best to get the last big issue over the line. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs? 

I’ve enjoyed working with all Konstant Infosolutions staff members and have really appreciated their flexibility, responsiveness, and willingness to work toward a better understanding of the issues. Raunak (Product Owner, Konstant Infosolutions) has been a good product manager in the second half of this project, and I enjoy his personable nature. 

What did you find most impressive about this company? 

I value their willingness to collaborate intensively together to work through the issues. They take the time to discuss the points before coming up with solutions.

I’m the CEO and Founder of NeuroStorm Technologies, Inc. I’ve spent the last seven years designing, architecting, and creating all the base code for our technology.

What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?

We needed help with development for our subscription-based platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We took the core code and blueprints to Konstant to have it redeployed in current standards, with lots of features added. It was a Beta code with a half a million lines to start the complex redeploy. They did everything primarily from MongoDB, Ajax, and PHP, while I provided the UI/UX.

It’s a subscription-based platform. The most complex part is that it allows millions of concurrent users to interact with our technology live and dynamically while collecting millions and millions of data points each second. It has all the features that a subscription-based platform could have, with a couple of dozen other unique features.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Aparnim (Business Analyst, Konstant Infosolutions) who is our project manager. There around 10–12 developers working on the project.  

How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?

An entertainer had found my name through a mutual connection. He suggested he bring his resources to the table to initiate the complete redeployment phase, bringing Konstant to the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on this phase from February 2017–January 2019 and are entering phase two. It’s a continuation, but a completely different phase.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t launched to the public yet, but everything performed excellently in load testing. The feedback from my end has been phenomenal. We’ve already introduced the technology to some extremely high-profile clients to a great reception. The first two people that saw it immediately wanted to become involved in funding. A new team who saw the original data and then the result were overwhelmingly excited. I couldn’t ask for better results, and they definitely created what I asked for.

How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been great; they hit every milestone. We meet once a week via Skype to discuss the next steps, spending as much time as necessary conveying any changes or additions. When they run into some questions, I get on the phone and work with Aparnim.

I’ve been in tech my whole professional career, and Aparnim is by far the best project manager I’ve ever worked with. She does a phenomenal job of conveying everything at her end. If there’s a misunderstanding or an error in execution, she makes sure it gets corrected.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The project took longer than expected, but the scope was broader and more complex than anyone had seen or worked on. It was a unique experience for me because I’m usually in the same room with people and this was done largely on the phone.

The work is very organized from a code standpoint—they’re phenomenal at organization and documentation. I recently received a document that covered every step of work for the past two years, including every feature and flow.

We paid in milestones. They went above and beyond to stay within those predetermined price limitations and only requested additional funds in extraordinary cases. I have to commend them for that as I believe this project’s dollar amount could have been more had we done it differently.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Having a UI and UX designer involved in the process to help influence, look at the interface, and see if anything was missing would be helpful.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want to make sure you deliver a comprehensive solution to them. They can pull off anything that you ask of them if it is turned over properly. However, they’re also very capable if you don’t know what you want.

The app is live on the app stores. Since the app was recently released, it is hard to demonstrate success. Their team is working on fixing small issues, but the app looks clean, and our team believes it will work efficiently once the issues are fixed.

Nikhil (Business Analyst, Konstant Infosolutions) was a helpful project manager. We reported any issues or questions to him, and he was always available to talk. He was eager and great to work with on this project. His team fixed problems promptly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Konstant Infosolutions has strong expertise regarding app development. Their team created a user-friendly and attractive application. Konstant Infosolutions built a better version than what I originally envisioned.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are satisfied with Konstant Infosolutions’ work. However, their team could work on app testing. They are supposed to test the app before showing us, and we have found issues on our own in the past. The project was supposed to take six months, but it has taken a year due to errors.

What were your goals for this project?

My goals were fairly simple; I wanted to develop a successful screensharing technology application for Android phones and launch it on the Google Play Store.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I looked at Clutch reviews to make my initial selection and had extensive phone conversations to ensure candidates understood complexity of the work. Konstant came out on top.

We spent a good amount of time working through the technology, which was rather complicated. Once they had a good grasp of the project, we worked together to integrate the front- and backend. Most of the design was already finished when they came on to the project, so we had to make some tweaks to the design and functionality to make sure there weren't any bugs. After that, we had an iterative testing process of all possible scenerios on all Android models before launch.

They helped us successfully launch the app. The screensharing functionality works consistently, which was difficult to accomplish.

We had excellent communication with the project manager. They were always incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful. I don't think I could have had a better experience. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their work ethic, patience, and enduring professionalism were all impressive. This was a long, difficult process, and they were instrumental to my success. I'm very happy to have found them.

We didn't get the app launched on time, but that was to be expected. Overall, this was a great team that succeeded where the previous developer failed.

What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?

We contracted with Konstant Infosolutions to build our application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our application enables users to visit restaurants, hotels, and other attractions and take advantage of exclusive promotional offers through the app. Konstant Infosolutions picked up the development of our app from a different provider. Despite that vendor building a somewhat functional product, there were considerable flaws, and we needed to make a change.

Once we engaged with Konstant Infosolutions, the first task was to combine our applications. We had two apps—one for consumers and one for establishments. We found that it’s not user-friendly to have to download two apps from the same company. We chose to combine the merchant dashboard with the consumer version, which meant adding login options for both parties. They further developed the internal elements of the application until it was ready for market. The app was built using Ionic 3 and is available for iOS and Android.

We worked with one project manager and a team of developers.

How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?

Before beginning work with Konstant Infosolutions, we had an unfulfilling engagement with a different vendor. We ended that engagement and began a search for a new developer. I found favorable Konstant Infosolutions reviews online. They were more expensive than other providers, but I felt the most comfortable with their team. They seemed to be very interested in our objectives.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $11,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May–November 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have launched in the App Store and the Google Play store, and we have about 550 registered users so far, so we’re on the right track. We now need to focus more on the marketing side rather than the product side because the product seems to be running well. We’re very happy with our experience with Kontsant Infosolutions.

How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

It was sometimes easier to speak directly to the developers rather than through the project manager, because sometimes our messages or feedback wouldn’t be relayed appropriately. But we largely operated without any drastic miscommunication issues. Otherwise, it’s notable that they want the product to be perfect from their side. They were comfortable suggesting methods that would better achieve our objectives.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Despite the time differences between our locations, they were strong communicators. Their developers are quite skilled, but their communication was fundamental in our relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind as needing improvement. With any issue, they were quick to solve it. I think they’re one of the top providers in the market.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s important with any vendor to be clear regarding the scope and the requirements. You never want to fall into a situation where tasks are assumed and then they are not accomplished. If you’re clear from the beginning, you avoid conflicts and extra costs.
