blimpp did a great job. We saw a 20% uptick in demo requests across the year. What’s more, our cost per acquisition improved, and it was lower than we expected. Our cost per acquisition had been very, very high. Typically, our sales cycle was about 18 months from the initial stages to the close of the deal. At this point, we were barely getting ten leads a month through our website. Through blimpp’s help, that increased to 15 within the first six months. The blimpp team has been improving that ever since. We’ve also introduced marketing automation into our department. Our team sees the ROI they’ve brought to the table. blimpp is always proactive about suggesting different types of content we can initiate, such as landing page strategies. Their team ensures the omnichannel approach is working for us. They go above and beyond. Our team gives very last-minute requests in order to put some pressure on blimpp, and they’ve always delivered. We changed the messaging of our solutions and introduced some new solutions. The blimpp team helped us define how we could approach the change, and now our Google AdWords is working really well. Their team is very thorough, from beginning to end. They’re communicative, transparent, and make us aware of any strategies we should be looking out for. What’s more, they take our suggestions and implement them very quickly.
